We have been with Metro for years, and we recently started using this location. Muhammad was very accommodating and friendly. He offered great deals, and was very honest. We ended up Gering 3 new phones. We have 5 phones with them, and don't have any plans on switching.

Arfa the owner was very knowledgeable and sweet! I was struggling with my phone that’s for my business she assured me that it was a quick fix and it was! The staff was also very welcoming I will be coming to this T-Mobile from now on if you want good service and quick definitely recommend this location!

Broke my phone, stopped by this site on loop 288 and the sales lady was really pushy trying to get me to buy the new Samsung. Every other phone was out of stock. When she got mad she couldn't sell me the phone I didn't want, another person came out, and suddenly the Nokia I wanted was in stock. They were trying to charge me over 200 dollars for a 110 dollar phone and activation. What a rip off. Go to the store at McKinney and Audra. Got the phone I wanted, no hassle, a case and activation for 180. 60 to 100 bucks cheaper. What a joke location. Such a waste of time even stopping there.

These people are a piece of work! I have an elderly neighbor who accidently locked himself out of his phone. When we went in the guy was rude, short, and said he couldn't help us. Didn't give us options, and seemed like he just wanted us to leave. We asked what we could do to fix the problem and he wouldn't give us an answer until I asked multiple times.
