“Great customer service! I had a terrible experience with their online shopping. I decided to go in person, and I'm SO glad I did. The lady who helped me was kind and actually invrsted in making things work out. I had received the wrong order for 2 reasons, but I had only noticed one of those reasons. She helped me see the other error and exchanged what I needed. Their telephone service rep in india had NO idea of what options I had, nor hehad any desire to help. So gladI went in person.”

“I randomly bought a belt here and experience some of the best customer service ever.I was meandering throughout the mall and decided to find a new belt. At 10 minutes before close I walked into Buckle, self-conscious about entering so late. Instead of receiving sneers, I was warmly welcomed by the employees, who showed me the belts. They were so friendly and helpful. Most my interaction was with Myriam (who was awesome!), but other employees were great too.I bought the belt, then realized days later that the buckle (pardon the pun) was too big (aka my gut was too big ;). I had to return it, and again - Myriam and all the staff were super-friendly, welcoming, and helpful.I've worked retail before and know it can be thankless. I've also been to fancier establishments than Buckle and received attitude for briefly glancing 20 minutes before close. The service and kindness of the staff at Buckle was so unexpected and top-notch. I am sincerely impressed.I really hope these individuals are getting the raises they deserve. Any establishment should be proud to have a team like this. I'm not in Buckle's target market, but I wish all my shopping experiences were this delightful. Thanks Myriam and crew!”

“The vintage lizard is the best vintage shop i have ever been to. They have plenty of vintage clothes for men and women. On top of that they have vintage decor, hat, vinyls, magazines, and more. The selection is top tier, I’d buy everything there if I could and they consistently restock on Friday.”

“JT Clothiers is steeped in traditional classic comfortable and stylish looks that meld with a man's inner anchor in fabrics that are always ready for you and your lifestyle. I personally, was introduced to the brand when I attended the University of North Texas, in Denton, Texas, in the 1980s, where I studied Psychology and Business Management, before heading south to the University of Houston, where I graduated from in December 1992. I have never been able to get such fine clothes, but remember that was their store in the Lillian Miller Parkway location. where I bought my clothes and shoes, which I no longer need, being a real live quadrilateral amputee due to meningoccocemia I contracted in Christchurch, New Zealand in September of 1995. Since then, there's been a lot of water under the bridge and I have returned to my boyhood home, Denton, and I am still loving it. Cheers, Mark F.”

“All I can say is that I only wish other retail stores had the staff and customer service down like I experienced today. My 3 year old son and I needed new outfits for a wedding this weekend. When I walked in I was greeted by a beautiful young lady named Kayla. Her smile and attitude quickly let me know I was going to be in good hands. She took charge of the situation and we quickly found a great outfit for my son. I needed to everything from head to toe. She was right on point in picking out styles that worked with my personality . You see I'm all cattle and no hat!! The prices are what I expected being that they sale quality products which makes sense to me. There a store just south of them that sells plenty of cheap products I think it rhymes with Northern Tool ? I can't thank Kayla enough for the excellent experience I had. I didn't even think about the cost and that's what great customer services does!”

“You have some great associates there that make coming in an absolute pleasure, unfortunately you also have Gabriel. Anytime I go in there to order my custom shirts the ladies there do an amazing job and keep me coming in. Today I went in and Gabriel tried his absolute hardest to discourage me from getting the custom shirts tailored, and I feel like he is just one of those folks that have absolutely no interest in helping after the sale is done. I now know it is in my best interest to make sure I know that the great associates are working before I make the drive in.”

“This place has the best quality resale clothes and accessories of anywhere else!! It smells delicious in there every time and everything is very reasonably priced. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars bc as a seller, you get a relatively low % of the actual value but that’s also what makes it so great to be a buyer, sooo overall don’t expect to make a fortune selling products here but you can expect to find affordable quality-condition and high end brands at uptown cheapskate!”
