McAlisters seem to be hit or miss these days. This was a great location. The food was good, and sandwiches were stuffed. Managers are friendly and staying on top of things in there.

The food (Spud Max) was dry to burnt. The toppings weren't as plentiful as the menu suggested. The tea (Peach Tea) was good, but not as peachy as expected it to be in flavor.

I want to say that the associates are amazing! Last night we ordered a meal for delivery (DoorDash) but there were a lot of bad experiences including missing food. So we received two free meals which we redeemed today for lunch. The managers responded really quickly and immediately assisted us.We ordered two meals: the club wrap with steamed broccoli and the peach lemonade; the kids ham and cheese toastie meal with a fruit cup and original lemonade. The lemonade was amazing, sweet and a little tart but not overwhelming. My kiddo ate almost all their food and that is a miracle. The fruit looked fresh.The club wrap was delicious with a tangy mustard/mayo combination to help carry the other flavors. The broccoli was steamed perfectly and seasoned well with salt and pepper.We definitely will be returning but most likely in person.Vegetarian options: Veggie wrap, spuds, garden saladParking: Some spaces in front and on the side and more parking in the back.

McAlister's doesn't stray very far from their usual menu and atmosphere. Overall, it's comfortable, but may be a little dated by some people's standards. The Denton location has always had friendly staff and dependable service. My only complaint has been the speed at which tables are cleaned off.

Very good food and super fast when you place a to go order. Staff is friendly and the inside is kept very clean.

Normally I have a good experience here, that I go about two times a week. Today, I went at 8:10PM was greeted by two young ladies. One was refilling ice buckets while the other was just standing there on her phone. The young lady with red braid (on her phone) greets me with “we only have one register open and it’s the one that she’s on (while pointing to a different woman) and she’s on the phone taking a order so it will be a little wait”. Ok, cool so I stand and wait patiently, then place my order to go. When the food is placed on the to go prep area, the same young lady with red braids gets off her phone to look at my food, and then proceeds to put on chapstick, and start a conversation with another young woman there. I give it 2 minutes of this before i notice she has started packaging it up, but only when the conversation she is having about unrelated work items give her a break to do so. Being that I’m pretty patient but only on a 30 minute lunch break, I give it another minute before I say “I’m sorry to disturb your conversation, but can I go ahead and get that (as she’s holding it in her hand talking) so that I can get back to work. She finished packing it up, and handed me the bag only for me to walk toward the door and see her reflection in the very clean glass windows looking at me with the nastiest look as my back is turned. McAlister’s, I love the food, but I’d rather go to 288 to get Jason’s deli where the food is ok but the employees value their work.

I was in the midst of a vital project this week and had absolutely no time to cook. So, I decided to order food from the McAlister's three minutes away because it seemed convenient and I had a coupon. After walking in, not seeing my order, and waiting a bit they checked in on me and we realized that ME (being so tired) ordered to the wrong location. Just as I was ready to admit defeat and drive there they offered to cancel my order elsewhere and remake it! After waiting for a short time I got my food along with some extras and they made it on the house because I'd waited for a bit longer than expected. I was having a terrible week and this bit on kindness really propelled me through another all nighter. I was heavily compensated for a mistake that I MADE and they absolutely did not need to be so gracious but I really appreciated it. I was looking for a new regular eat out lunch spot and their service sealed my selection :)

The food is always good, but the manager relentlessly tries to get you out of the restaurant by taking your plates and cups as soon as the last bite enters your mouth. Super annoying - just let people eat!
