Switched my kid from reddings MMAto ATA and the classes are smaller and the building is much bigger with more tools and one on one instruction. Not ragging on Redding but He now enjoys going to martial arts and looks forward to training with the instructors. I even showed up late on a Saturday and they still offered to still do training even after they were done for the day.

If you're looking for a place to start taekwondo, this is it! I have scoliosis and have been attending class for over 7 years now, and everyone is super encouraging and friendly and makes you feel like you're part of the family. Each session is focused on bettering your skill either individually or as a class. There's also a separate class for younger children around 3-9 years.

My daughter was recently cast in a short film. She is a martial artist in ATA, and was very excited to see the Dojo the filming was at was an ATA school! The owners were SO welcoming and amazing! My daughter is a 1st degree black belt and will be going for her first world titles this July. We caught the end of a tiger class, and the instructors were amazing! The school was spacious, clean, and well run. Everyone was so gracious and amazing! Anyone would do wonderful training at this amazing, top notch school! We hope to visit again soon! *I realize I used "amazing" a lot but, if the term fits....use it!

The owners think they are better than everyone, and they treat women like crap. Don't go here.

Both of my kids have been attending class for years. Seriously like 8 years. It's been a fantastic foundation for them to learn respect and leadership. Each kid is appreciated for their uniqueness in a true family atmosphere.

We love Marshall's ATA! our daughter has been here for 4 1/2yrs and loves taekwondo. They are encouraging and make it fun! She has her black belt now and continues to learn and grow:) She has made really sweet friends here as well. They can start as young as 3 all the way through adults!

As an Elementary Teacher and mom of three boys I am selective of how and where we spend our family time. Marshall's is a family atmosphere. We looked forward to attending classes multiple times a week. They loved my child during his time in Tiny Tigers and celebrated everything from birthdays to good report cards. He learned listening skills, kindness and discipline from the staff. My child has since moved on to other activities but I would recommend Marshall's to anyone looking to take their child to Taekwondo.

This is the most supportive group of people you will ever meet. I got my black belt when I was 11 then stopped going to taekwondo, now I'm 22 and have struggled with depression, anxiety, low self esteem and suicidal thoughts, I was also 300 lbs which I had gained in 4 years very rapidly. In August of 2018 I hit a wall, I felt like counseling wasnt working anymore, I still wanted to die, I didnt have any motivation to just exist. But I had this nagging feeling that I needed to do something or else I would end up on my 600 lb life. So I picked somewhere close and went for it. Mrs and Mr Marshall not only pushed me, but they made me slow down to prevent injury. There is a fine balance between working hard and killing yourself in the process, and these two know how to push you to be your best self while also making sure you stay healthy and able.

This school is really great! My son has a lot of trouble sitting still and staying on task and the instructor is so patient with him. She really is encouraging and engaging. I'm very happy with this school.
