A sure-fire on a busy Saturday; a true low-cost leader in the battle for home improvement and sweat equity advances around the domestic situation; if you are on a tight schedule and budget, this is a sure bet for the win on building supplies for your family members. X gets the square, we're bringing it home! Cheers, Mark F.

They did not hook up my refrigerator as it had a copper line and they said they could not touch it. No one informed me of that when I paid for delivery. Also I had to put the refrigerator together as they delivered it but did not put the drawers in it. Was not pleased with the service. Now I have two refrigerators in my kitchen. Lovely

Well I'm sorry, but, Lowe's is way better than Home Depot. The Grab and Go end caps are cute.

One of the best Lowe's stores I've ever been to! Has probably the best collection of employees of any store I've been to. Most particularly the pro Department is absolutely Stellar at this location! Robert, Gary, Amanda and Abel are the best of the best!

Lowe’s really needs to figure out a way to accommodate their customers that need to get material late at night after working two shifts. Dealing with day contractors & the ones that check in at night to keep the ball rolling. They remind me of Walmart now with all the self checkouts, shutting down and closing at 9 PM with no mercy to help the last couple people that are scrambling to get the material and keep their jobs going for the next morning. The employees here, pride themselves and telling you that the place is shut down and you can’t check out or get something if you walk in 10 minutes before they close. It’s really a disappointment. Luckily Home Depot is open till 10 and they’re not nearly as terrible at giving customers the flexibility to get the stuff they need, so they can get on with their projects. Also, to the return policies are much more difficult to deal with. constantly needing your printed receipt or customer service attempting what they can at denying your return. (as a contractor we sometimes buy extra material to make sure that the jobs don’t slow down or you have to take multiple trips back to the store during the day for a job)As a contractor, I have accounts at both Home Depot and Lowe’s.It’s only funny that annually I may spend 5-10 K per year at Lowe’s and 50k at Home Depot.Get it together Lowe’s. Figure out how to accommodate your customers that are running 24/7 trying to get material at night without shutting your store down with zero effort to help the contractors that are trying to get stuff. At this point I only come here when there’s something I need here now that I can’t get it at Home Depot.I’m sure there are plenty of other contractors that feel the same way and I’m not the only one. Hopefully upper management or corporate reads this review and does something to make necessary changes.

The manager in the flooring department at this location in Denton was the absolute best! He was extremely helpful in helping me locate flooring that I needed for rentals. He is knowledgeable and marked down some of the flooring due to it being damaged. If you are close to this area and need flooring, try this Lowe's.

I think the prices are fairer here than the other place. There are many offers, you just have to look for the yellow labels. Yes they are offers.

Writing from the parking lot if a Home Depot. Guess rating this place one star isn't too far off from their average but I have to do my part. The bar is already pretty low for these stores because they don't hire people that can advise you much beyond righty-tighty, lefty-loosey. But the customer service desk at this store makes the movie Idiocracy look like a bygone era of genius. I've been attempting a Christmas gift exchange here for the past couple weeks. The first guy asked me where the batteries were for my pneumatic nailer (insert face palm emoji here) and turned me away because I didn't have a gift receipt. I come back after having tracked down a receipt and the second lady credits the purchase amount back to the purchasing credit card. I told her that I wanted store credit or an exchange, not a complete refund and she told me I should have spoke up before she entered it into the system. Guess asking the customer how they'd like to handle a return isn't in her wheelhouse. No apologies. No attempt to engage management. No attempt to correct the problem. Nothing. I then waited on a manager for 20 minutes before giving up and going to Home Depot.

Horrible horrible experience.I ordered ten custom made Mini Blinds. The person that came out to do the install, he did not put the brackets at the bottom of my door.He said the shelf did not come for the larger window and it would be a safety issue to install the mini blind without the shelf, but decided to do it anyway, because he was to lazy to put my old mini blind back up that he took down. Two of the mini blinds were cut incorrectly, but he did not offer to reorder the correct size, and 3 of the blinds the valance at the top was sticking out on the left side he totally ignored that. There has been multiple problems, and all of the issues are still not resolved. But Lowes said they are working on it.I WILL NEVER MAKE ANOTHER PURCHASE FROM LOWES AGAIN, IT HAS BEEN A TOTAL DISASTER, and LOWES WANT THERE FIRST PAYMENT TOMORROW.

Needed a laser level and some picture hanging supplies. HD didn’t have what I wanted but Lowe’s had exactly what I needed and a better selection of laser levels.

A week ago on 12/9 our dishwasher died. My wife found a dishwasher at Lowes online that fits what we need. But as we've recently had some bad experiences with buying things online from Lowes, she told me to go to the store to buy it.So I went to Lowes in Denton and found the dishwasher my wife found. The website mentioned also something about next day delivery. As soon as I said anything about delivery/installation, I was told that "Oh our system is jacked up, so we don't know" Should have taken that as a sign.As I continued in the process, I gave them my phone number for them text a link for a contract for me to sign. They attempted four or five times to do so and I never got the link. I was then told that they would have to "do this the old fashioned way" and print up the contract. They tried and there was no paper in the printer and they had to scour the store to find some paper to put in the printer...Should have taken that as another sign.At that time when I paid for the dishwasher, I was told that someone would call me on Monday or Tuesday to discuss delivery/installation. When nobody called, I called the store back after five on Tuesday. They said because deliveries/instillations are done through a third party, they really don't have any information about them. So they gave me some other numbers to call and even told me to press option nine on one of them. For that particular phone number, there were only two options to choose from. I called the store back and pointed that out. They gave me a few other numbers to call. Most of which didn't work either.I've been going round and round with them since then. Yesterday, I called one the numbers that actually did work to the distribution center. I was told by the person who answered that call (her name is Michelle) that delivery and instillation before Christmas is unlikely. Then I called the customer service line that the store owner suggested in the google review that I left. The person there (her name was Jasmine) told me that the dishwasher has been ordered to be pulled and placed in the loading bay at the store on 12/18.Today (12/16). I called and explained my predicament to the person who answered. She then transferred the call to the appliance department. After bouncing around the phone system for a couple of minutes, someone in the appliance department finally picked up. His name is Dewayne. I told him my situation (about being told two different stories about delivery/install) He told me to hang on and put me on hold. I was then bounced around the system for a couple more minutes.A young lady finally answered and after doing some fairly laborious digging on her computer, finally found my order. She said that there is no ETA but said that she would go to the appliance section and she or someone else would call me back.I was on the phone for 17 minutes and still have no idea as to when or if the dishwasher that is paid for will be delivered and installed...Services that have also been paid for (added roughly $250.00 to the cost of the appliance.I'm not all that confident that anyone will call me back today. So I guess I'll call back again tomorrow....And the day after that.....And the day after that.....Until I have some concrete idea as to when the dishwasher we bought will be delivered.I honestly thought that the previous problem that we had, involving the purchase and delivery of a washing machine was just a hiccup. But now I'm seeing that this is business as usual for Lowes. So long story short, if you're looking for a shovel or an electric drill that you can buy and walk out of the store with. Lowes is your place. But if you're needing something delivered and installed, go to Home Depot. You will probably pay more, but I expect you'll have a better experience than we are having.
