My husband and I were shopping for furniture for our backyard. Matt and Hayleigh were so helpful. They found out our furniture was in stock, helped us with checkout and loaded it into our truck. They were wonderful and we love our furniture. Great quality.

Worst customer service ever! Twice now when we have had to pick up special order items, they never called or emailed when our item arrived. After we called to find out if our order was in we went to pick it up, at 8:00 on a Monday night thinking it wouldn’t be super busy. We walked in and we were right, very few shoppers in the building, yet it took an hour to get our order. It would have probably been longer had we not gone & interrupted the 3 individuals, one which was the person who was to pull the order, standing around visiting.
Once he finally brought the order to the front which was missing the door handle kit, my husband had to go to the back to pick up because the guy who picked the order walked off. Mind you, we told the young lady there should be a handle kit with the door which she said he will grab as she was walking away presumably for a break. The guy didn’t offer to help load the door we had purchased after he dropped it off at the front & said the door handle kit, which was purchased from Lowe’s the same day we bought the door couldn’t be found in their system.
Seems like this Lowes struggles to find good help. We’ll be driving to Highland Village from now on.
No need to respond to this post Lowes with your standard “we strive for customer service.” I see there have been several complaints recently yet your customer service skills are still lacking.

Ordered plants and mulch online for delivery. Most of the order was canceled by them and the few plants that Arrived were dead. I was asked to bring the dead plants to the store to get a refund which defeats the purpose of ordering delivery. Ridiculous. Ill be buying from my local shops from now on.

We ordered flowers online and they arrived trashed, the flowers all fell off, and dead. Talked to customer service and they wanted up to bring all the dead plants back to get a refund. In my opinion that was stupid. But the service representative I called was respectful and helpful. The plants arrived in ok packageing but the other things in our order were cancelled and we didn't receive notifications for it. I wouldn't shop here again online.

Went to store at 10.30 am ask 3 people where the pest control spray was no one knew. Took qt of paint up to check out not one checkout lane open . Went to check out said veteran discount I'd needed. Showed it to her said I had to take it out of the wallet window. She could see name and Pic. Told her No Checked out Went to Ace for the items and help I needed.
