Had them do my taxes. Government sent a owe bill with a sheet of penalties. Went back and same person showed no interest in telling me why, just excuses. Won't go back horrible place

That's twice now, in February and again in April, that the people who answer the phone don't give complete information over the phone and further, make plans to have me come in only for the doors to be locked. Definitely never coming back here.

This has been the worst tax experience we’ve ever had. Returns have been filed incorrectly twice now. Been battling over a year. Management and owners won’t help, return call, or meet. They tell you if you ever get audited or need help that they will help you. Not true. Good luck!

Horrible customer service. I called them roughly a week ago to set up an appointment to get my taxes done. Firstly , the girl who answered the phone sounded like she didn’t know what I was taking about. Several times she started talking a some guy explaining what I wanted and I could hear him say “Just tell them to do their taxes themselves.” I let it go and set an appointment for the following tuesday at 5pm. I get there and the office is closed. I tried calling the the line was dead. Would not recommend.
