My goodness, the receptionist and plobotemist were kinda rude. Evidently they don't like their jobs. For first timers, they don't know to go to check in kiosks. They need to keep their office window open so people can ask questions.
I should've gone to a different lab place. The last time they were rude too!

Made an appointment online and was able to check in quickly before my appointment. In and out in about 4 minutes. Very professional and quick.

I paid for a test for shellfish allergies in Sept 5th 2024 .. took my money and ran apparently!! I didn’t get a call or email!! $109 I would like a refund immediately!!
I’ve called , I’ve email and all I get from email is nothing!!

very bad experience here. from the receptionist to the lab woman that drew blood. very nasty people here. I made an appointment for 930 am. checked in at 925am and the text specifically said come on in as soon as I get a text and I did that and the woman at the reception saying they called my name a while ago. but I have been here all this time and hear no word. then the man woman has the nerve to be rude and call you in... and had no pleasantness whatsoever. rude rude rude. NEVER EVER COMING TO THIS PLACE

Nobody in here can draw blood they are rude and impossible to work with the lady at the front desk is very rude and unpleasant I really didn’t want to give no stars at all they don’t work well with kids and dig all in your skin to try and get the blood please don’t come here if you need anything important done zero stars anything in Denton medical wise is trash they are not professional you better off taking your own blood at home and the students they have in this office need more training they definitely not ready to draw blood couldn’t find a vein and looked clueless when shadowing the senior person who also looked clueless

Might want to employ a front desk receptionist who isn't rude right off the bat. No, people walking into the front door don't know that you need to go to the kiosk office to the side to check in when it's their first time here. But you know that since you work here every day. Fix your attitude or find a job where you hide in the back instead of being front and center. Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at 2:10pm if you need to know who was working at the time.

Had to come back because they lost the last drug screening. Online hours are wrong. They should list exact times drug screening are conducted so people with schedules can plan accordingly. Now we have been waiting over an hour and a half to do a simple pee test for a job.

Hours online are wrong. I got rudely rejected when I went in for a drug test for work, they say they're only closed for an hour but for drug screening it's 2 hours in the most inconvenient time imaginable.

I would give a ZERO if possible. One of the rudest experiences I've ever had. No one greets you, you are just supposed to know to check in with a kiosk and wait to be called to the reception. EXTREMELY RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL.

I dont recommend this place I went this morning for urinary test and lady JANIE front desk 20 minutes after I registered, she came out to tell me that because I was there with a lot of attitude and said that they were going to close and that she wasn't going to attend to me, I tried to explain and she didn't let me speak. I asked her if she was feeling well or had she had something bad. day and continued screaming I had to go to the office in Lewville plus went I go to my car it was a old couple they told me this crazy lady acting same thing with them ? that is inappropriate for patients

Do not pay attention to the bad reviews. This place was efficient, fast and the staff was extremely nice. I suggest making your appointment online, then arrive 15 minutes early , use the express check in and scan your driver's license, then they will call you to the window.

Shady business practices. I was given an astronomical cost and asked to sign after my blood was drawn. Beware!

Dangerously incompetent! No one at the front window, question on insurance not handled. Given an 800 number that was off shore and useless. Finally just walked out. Don't waste your time.
