I had an exceptional experience at Kroger pharmacy (this location) when I called to inquire about getting the Tdap vaccine during my pregnancy. The staff was incredibly friendly and informative, guiding me through all processes with ease. (Actually, you can just walk-in, no need to make any appointments.)They ensured I was aware of the safest time to get vaccinated, between 27-36 weeks, which I greatly appreciated.The person who administered the vaccine was exceptionally skilled at keeping me calm throughout the procedure, making the experience much less daunting than I anticipated.The service was not only fast but also very welcoming. I'm thoroughly impressed and would confidently say this is the best pharmacy in the area.Five stars all the way!

Every time I'm in there, the techs and pharmacists always go above and beyond to get me the cheapest price. I always get my questions answered thoroughly. Love those people

The Pharmacy in this Kroger location is a joke. There's always long lines and wait times. The employees are rude and uninformed. I know they must be extremely short staffed and I understand that affects both the employees and customers alike. However, they close in the middle of the day with now estimated return time just a sign that says "come back later." I went to the second lane in the drive thru because of the line at the window and I didn't have a lot of time to spare so I figured going to the open lane would have been much faster. After buzzing in twice with no response and everyone at the window had already gone through, an employee shouted "Lane 2 is NOT open!" It was very unprofessional. I've also received several text notifications to pick up my prescription when in fact it was not ready at all and the pharmacists had no explanation. So I've wasted trips waiting in line just to be told the message was sent in error. If my RX wasn't so much cheaper there, I wouldn't bother.

Extremely rude on the phone when I just asked for a simple question… very disappointing considering I am a very nice and respectful person and I hate to not get that back from someone I am giving business too. :(

Horrible! Store mgr, Alan, started yelling at me (woman in early 70's) that he did not have time to continually clean the ladies restroom cause of the homeless people in his area. There was paper all over the floor, overflowing garbage cans, sonic food wrapper on the sink and one sink was inoperable. I tried to explain that the restroom is filthy any time of every day that I have had to use it. I tried to be respectful and explain that women tend to gauge the cleanliness of a facility based on the condition of the restroom. I have never been so insulted and degraded as a customer. I will NEVER buy even one more thing in that store and will start making changes to my prescriptions. I am NOT an important customer, and neither are any of us. Shameful! Insulting! Disrespectful!

Filthy store, filthy, restrooms, rude management. Would highly recommend you avoid this store. Everyone says it is nicknamed, "murder Kroger" and "rat Kroger" due to the rat infestation they have had several times

Horrible pharmacy, very unprofessional! The pharmacist will laugh on the phone at you, at their inability to fill prescriptions. Not solution oriented at all.

every single time I have come here they have not had any carts. you have to go out and scavenge for one in the parking lot. I didnt sign up for a quest. I dont want to go collect a cart. its really not that hard to have them in the store for people to use. they also are out of things half the time and the prices suck. hopefull an heb comes somewhere close and this wasteland can go out of business.

Kroger does have a really nice variety. However, they're not the cheapest store on the block, and yet the customer service is very poor as if it we was a discount store. I'm sure they're having trouble getting enough workers, but they also put the kiosks in so they wouldn't have to hire cashiers, so it seems. On Wednesday night, I went there and it was Rush hour around 5:15. There were two cashiers open, and everyone else was in line for a kiosk. The lines were backed up all the way down the aisles. It took 30 minutes to check out. I thought to myself, why would I be paying higher prices for this kind of poor customer service? It's not worth it. I might as well go to a discount store if I'm going to have to be treated as if the customer does not matter. I suggest Kroger fixes this before they lose a lot of their customers. I know it's going to be one of the last places I go from now on.

Very sorry customer support. They handle calls by answering and putting the caller hold indefinatly.
