I find the staff here very helping and easy to work with. They answer the phone, which never seemed to happen at my previous pharmacy, and work hard to meds in quickly if they don't already have them in stock.

Management at this store is deplorable. We set up a pick-up order. Got a text saying it was ready. When we arrived, all the pick-up spots were full. No signs of an employee. Spent an hour waiting. During that hour of waiting called the store multiple times and finally got the manager Mark on the phone who said that they called everyone to let them know that there would be no pick-ups tonight. I told him clearly that didn't happen as so many were there waiting and that I did not receive a call. None of the people waiting did. The one person working pick-ups who did come outside didn't say anything to all the people waiting either. This is a Management failure. I am currently on the phone with corporate because the store claimed they canceled my order when I called to see if I could pick it up today but the charge is on my credit card and Kroger customer service is having to call the store directly while keeping me on hold to have them correct this. The customer service rep just came back on the line after speaking with the store to tell me that they have not canceled my order and asked if I still wanted it. The store literally told me that the order was canceled and if I saw a pending charge to call customer service to have it addressed. Do not give this store your money. They do not value their customers' time at all.

After shopping for items I went to the check out area I got in line. The lady in front of me said I might want to move to another line because the lady in front of her which had all of her groceries in bags was taking them out because the checker had to recheck them. I moved to another line and when I got up there to get my groceries checked she told me that her line was closed and had already put groceries on the counter. I moved back to the original line and noticed that checker was checking out someone after she told me her line was closed. I asked her about it and she said she was mistaken on her time so she started checking out other peopleSo I turned back around to the line that I was in and put my groceries on top of the counter to be checked and when I got up there for her to start ringing up my groceries she said there was something wrong with the ticker on her register.I said you're telling me that I have to now take all of my groceries off of the counter put them back in my cart and find another checker. And she said yes.I said I'm not doing it and I left there and all the groceries I had shopped for. Folks this is not customer service!

In my time using this pharmacy, I’ve either had prescriptions filled at the very last possible moment or filled late to where I missed a normally scheduled dose. I always have trouble getting correct needles, it’s like the first time someone asks for needles there every time I try to get them. They seem to always be overworked, understaffed, and have a high turnover rate (every time I go it is someone different helping me). The staff usually seems tired and defeated.I can not in good conscience recommend this pharmacy. Pretty much any other place would be better. Absolutely horrible management and staffing. I’m switching my prescriptions away from here, no amount of savings on my medicine is worth the experience of dealing with this pharmacy.

Horrible service. I was told two different times that my meds would be ready the next morning. I go to pickup my meds the next morning and, lo and behold, am told it would be another 30 minutes. I asked if they offer text message notifications and was advised they do. Why not proactively offer that option upfront instead of having me call/visit? What a waste of time. Take your business elsewhere.

If I could give below 1 I would. Horrible service! Especially for the elders. They gave my dad needles for his b12 without syringes. And a lot more I'm too exhausted to type. No knowledge whatsoever. And they just don't care honestly!

Horrible service. My prescription was sent in and confirmed received at 6pm on Wednesday. Thursday morning their automated system said it would be available a week later, which was surprising since it is a very common medication. I called the Pharmacy and was told it would be ready by 2:30pm. At 3:30pm I'm now told it should be ready by 5:30pm. How does a prescription, which did not have to be ordered in, take basically 24 hours to fill? Their response was that mine was not the only prescription they are filling. I'm not impressed or amused.

Shut THIS STORE DOWN! They are zeros all across the board. Never stocked. Customer service, ummm, what's that again? Teenagers with nose rings who pretend to be deaf. Its an absolute joke. Go to Albertsons. Don't t upset yourself with the BS of Kroger. HEB is coming and for good reason. Bye bye Kroger you SUCK.

If you want to use contactless payment DO NOT COME HERE it clearly states that they have Apple Pay and they DONT Kroger get it the fuck together it is 2022 it's not 2000 anything get your shot to be more modern if not then DONT GIVE FLASE INFORMATION OUT wastes my damn time and my damn Lunch break coming here

June 24, 2022 we purchased 4 items at Kroger on Teasley Lane in Denton. When we got home we realized that 3 of the cold refrigerated items expired June 6, 2022!!! That's almost 3 weeks ago! I called the store and the only thing they could do was request us to bring in our receipt, in-person, and get a refund. We cannot text or e-mail the receipt, we have to go back to this store. The inconvenience this Kroger store causes a person is extremely great. They charged us for expired food and then make it difficult to remedy the situation. What kind of management over see's a grocery store that has items expired by almost 3 whole weeks?! This is nuts.

Worst Kroger I've ever encountered. The store is consistently dirty. Be careful where you step, because it may stick to your shoes for the rest of the day!Very few of the staff who work here act like they want to have anything to do with customers. They won't look at you or greet you. Shoppers must initiate any kind of contact if they want to be helped by an employer. Deli staff is the worst!Half the self-check registers are closed and no regular registers are open. The line wraps across the store. Pros:- Hmmm... they're not out of everything Cons:- Dirty- Zero customer service - My shoes are still sticking to the floor Bottom line:- Find another store; I'll try the Kroger in Bartonville!

Called to have a rx transferred to kroger and was told they don't do that anymore due to covid. I asked what transferring a rx has to with covid and was told we don't have time to call other pharmacies and have to sit on hold for rx transferring. That's CRAZY I just sat on hold for 10 minutes waiting on you to tell me you won't do your job. This is pure laziness, poor customer service and not good for business.

The pharmacy staffs have no care for their customers. Very extremely poor customer service at this pharmacy Kroger location. They are very rude. (The pharmacist he’s the only one that understand and care for his clients.) I don’t ever write a bad review for anyone but these staffs need to know that is very important to treat people with kindness and caring. To the staffs, if you don’t like people you shouldn’t work with customers services!
