**Kohl's Store #1461**
Briana is such a warm and welcoming young lady. Her friendly smile ? can brighten a person's day. From the moment I walked in she greeted me with hergreat smile and showed eagerness to assist me. I have to add she is great at multitasking as well by helping me and others that were waiting at the same time.
This store location is like no other that I've shopped at. Amazon returns at the front of the store rather than the back is a very good idea, thank you. Your store is bright, neat and organized. Other store managers should see your store and and mirror theirs to yours. Great job.

Absolutely terrible production. All the workers were so sweet but the manger William is never in the store. I think he schedules his workers but he never seemed to be there the multiple times I was there. When I finally got in contact with him I asked him basic questions about how the store was being run and procedures and he could not give me an answer. All the workers were so sweet but their lack of knowledge and training falls on him. A manger can manage a store he’s never at and knows nothing about.
