***To much in FEES $$$
Q was very nice and knowledgeable. However, he wouldn't wave the $1000+ in fees for the 2021 glb 250, $27400 out the door. I had cash in hand ready to buy. I went down the road and bought the exact same car at Central Autohaus within 25 minutes for $25900 out the door, no fees. Covid is passed. Bring your prices down or include "fees" in the asking price.There are way to many cars on the market to charge these fees still.

I checked out a car a week before today. Filled out a test drive form and came in today with Fred and everything went smooth they explained everything in detail and answered all my questions thoroughly and I’m leaving with my brand new truck today!! I’m so excited I will let everyone know to come here for their purchases!

Long story short local dealership fell through on getting a new Tundra in the color I was looking for so started a search on my own and ended up finding the truck I wanted here. I have never bought a vehicle out of state let alone one that I paid for before seeing it in person so I was pretty nervous about pulling the trigger. I worked with Nick and he was awesome, answering all my questions and made the process about as smooth as possible. Got the truck and it was exactly as described and couldn’t be happier. High recommend these guys!!

This is a GREAT place to shop used car in town. Everyone here is very nice and friendly, appreciated! Received license plates and reg sticker for less than a month. This is amazing! If I need to shop for my next used vehicle I will surely come here to check out theirs first. Thank you so much to Fred, Nick and all folks here... you guys are great!

My recent car buying experience at Kian Motors was like no other. It was a refreshing change from the traditional big box car dealership. There was no pressure to buy and this was the first time I purchased a vehicle out of town that far away. My sales rep Nick Warren is the best he was very knowledgeable about the 2023 Tesla vehicle I was interested in. So I decided to go with a manufacture buy back Tesla and I’ve had previous experience purchasing a buyback and it’s just like buying a new car because you get the same factory warranty with it. But the best part is you’ll save anywhere from $10k and up by purchasing one. What I appreciated most was the no haggling. The price I saw before I got there was the same price when we arrived. This is truly the best car buying experience ever and I can’t wait to purchase my next vehicle from Kian Motors.

VERY SHADY!! POLICE INVESTIGATION PENDING AS OF 7/22/2024
Sold me a car with the the pcv valve bad- they had cleared the code so it wasn't visible. Left the dealership drove about 40 miles then check engine light came on. An issue on a used car isn't unexpected but them purposely HIDING something that would make the car not even pass inspection isn't right.
UPDATE----
Two days after buying the car I got an alert that there was an apple air tag following me. Found it hidden under the center console of the vehicle- absolutely no way it got there by accident- the whole back panel to the console had to be removed to find it. Super shady and ILLEGAL. The finance company is the lien holder on the vehicle- they no longer own the vehicle. Tracking someone without their knowledge is against the law. I filed a police report. Apple has a long standing reputation for cooperating with the police. They will be subpoenaed- whoever the air tag is registered to will be charged. If you want your air tag back it's currently in the Hunt county evidence lockup- good luck with that.

First time purchasing a car from out of state. The pictures and videos of the car, done by the dealership, were very detailed. The sales representative that helped me was patient and helpful with providing the info needed for me to make the decision. The car transport experience was very good. I received my car in less than a week, and it was delivered by a quality transporter. Overall, I think this is probably one of the better, trust worthy dealerships out there. Glad that I did my business with Kian motors.

I bought a vehicle from this place and while my experience was good the day after I got home the car was in the shop. I let them know and they were so confused "maybe it got bad gas." Luckily they hooked me up with a really good warranty that I have to pay for because they knew this vehicle had major issues. It has spent so much time in the shop and is not a reliable vehicle. After purchasing I asked them to please just give me my car back and they said they already sold it and offer almost no help. Recently I have reached out to the gm for help since he did tell me this was a "family" business hoping they could at leat help me get into a reliable vehicle and he has stopped responding to me. So thanks kian motors for selling me a vehicle that you know was not reliable that I am having to constantly have repairs on. Hopefully i can seek some legal action. So if anyone else had issues like this which I did see in other reviews we can work together so this don't happen to others since they don't want to write their wrongs.
