Christine at the Denton Jay Jewelers was fantastic! After speaking to her on the phone about a replacement watch band for my 12-year-old Citizen watch, being that there was only ONE available from the manufacturer, she went ahead and ordered it without getting any of my information. I called her a couple of weeks later to have her go ahead and order one and she had already ordered it. The staff at the store took excellent care of me, attached and fitted the band in 20 minutes (very difficult band to adjust due to the metal links) and I was out the door. Could not be more pleased with the Denton Kay location. Great staff!

Great customer service! We bought my wedding ring here over 11 years ago and every time we go in to get it inspected and cleaned we are greeted and helped with a smile!

Christine was super helpful and made my wedding band shopping super easy. I am super picky but she helped narrow down my options. The experience was beyond pleasant. I’m relieved from one wedding purchase being completed. 10/10 recommend

Christine and Jacob were absolute rock stars and helped us out of a really tough situation. We were so disappointed with the service we got at the Galleria Dallas store - my fiancé was in tears - and Christine just fixed everything and made us Kay customers for life. Not all Kay stores are the same - it’s definitely worth driving to the Denton location to deal with these stellar jewelry experts!

I was told from the First Lady i encountered that my vision was something they didn’t have and to bad so sad. I waited and was lucky enough to get Kristine to ask if I needed any help after she had been assisting numerous of people honestly alone the entire time. Kristine and the manager of the store are superior. They are the reason the store is still up and functioning. The other workers literally went to Kristine for everything. Kristine was able to turn my dream into actual reality and I’m ecstatic to see the outcome. However had I never engaged with Kristine I never would’ve gotten what I came for and a lot of unnecessary time was wasted. Also if upper management sees this provide Kristine with better working equipment at the least. She’s already running the store alone. I’m sure she would much more sufficient with properly working equipment

I have been shopping at this Kay’s store for over 20 years and other stores prior to that. Michael has always worked with me, knows me by name, my family, etc. when I walk into Kays it’s like going to see family. If you want the BEST experience go to Kay’s in Denton and ask for Michael. He will treat you right.

I will never bring my business to Kay’s Jewelers. Yesterday. I placed an order for some gold hoop earrings for curbside pickup at the Denton Location. When I attempted to check in, I received an error message, saying the order had already been picked up. This was not true so I called the store. I was told ma’am we are in the middle of the mall, we don’t do curbside pickup. Well, ma’am how would I know that? The option shouldn’t be offered if it’s not available. So I went in to the store to pick the earrings up. The first lady I passed by completely ignored me. Someone else turned around and said welcome to Kay’s. So I sat and waited. The woman who ignored me asked if I had been helped? ??? so I replied I am here for my pickup order. She proceeded to get the package. When I looked at the earrings they were much smaller than the picture on the website. The woman whose name was Maria agreed the website doesn’t do a good job of showing you the item’s correct size. So I ask to see more hoops. I see a pair that would work, but she is telling me the earrings are $249 but they are clearly on the website for $160 something! So I just ask for my money back. She tells me the money will be on the card in 5-10 business days. Ok, whatever! So I leave the store but I am determined to get the other earrings for the price I see on the website. I go back to the store and show her I am about to purchase the earrings for the lower price. She proceeds to tell me she won’t see the transaction for 3-4 hours so I can buy them but come back the next day because she can’t just be moving inventory without payment or something like that. I asked her if I pay and show you the transaction you wouldn’t be able to give me the earrings. Her response was no. So I decided to leave. She was clearly not interested in assisting me in any way. It’s unfortunate but I am grateful Kay’s is not the only jewelry store. And that’s the story of why I will never spend any of my money at Kay’s!
