Found scrapbooking paper and some other items in their clearance bin and when I tried to purchase them, the "manager" said I wasn't allowed because they were "past discard" and couldn't be sold to me. I offered to pay for them anyway but they "had to be sent back in case there were defects". I told him that it was paper, and again asked if there was anything that could be done because they were in the floor to be sold and he said no. The thing that frustrated me the most was knowing that they're just going in the trash that night and not going to be sent back anywhere.

I needed some denim patches and some Christmas decorations so I decided to stop in and they had everything I needed and at an unbelievable price! They beat the big chains as far as the decorations! They are a must if you need decorations but I must advise you the items are flying off the shelves so the later you wait you could miss out!

Still the same in 2023 as in 2022. Lost my busness. I took my ID in like they want, was asked for my email confirmation to get my online order. I questioned this because of my last encounter was told to bring ID. Even in my car. So she explained this is what she was told to do it would be easier for me. Okay. Showed my ID she said good enough. Then she said something about order confirmation #. (Not the same as email). I said I have that already up on my phone, showed her the confirmation order #. The so called manager jumped in and said he was so confused.. she took my money for items being purchased not on line. He, the manager, placed my items in a bag and told me I was being disrespectful. I told him he didn't know what disrespectful was if he thought that.Probably would not have left so angry if he hadn't said what he said. Will probably not visit this store till they change staff AGAIN. Won't be long they seem to be changing every other month.Former review still applies...Poor customer service. Store is not up to par with what it used to be. Shelves empty and hard to maneuver a basket among the aisles. Use to be my favorite store now only go in if I have to. Will travel to another town first if I can.

I came to JOANNS to get some things framed. Unfortunately they no longer do this apparently...even though there is a giant sign on the building that says "CUSTOM FRAMINING". As well as another Giant sign that says the same thing proudly displayed in the store.Flash advertising is just the worst. I planned my day around going there to get these little projects done. Now I have to find another store and call ahead because apparently we live in a world where commerical stores can claim they do anything without meeting any of the requirements.Very rude women working the fabric counter.Smacking her gum at me while instructing me " we don't do that anymore" in a tone that I can only describe as condescending.

This location has gone downhill over the last few years. We went in on Labor Day to get a cut of fabric and the line was six deep at the cutting counter with only one person cutting. Worse, they weren't using their number/ticket system so no one knew who was next and the customers ended up sniping at each other because people were jumping the line. The cutter just stood there with a blank look on her face. It took 30 minutes to get our fabric cut. I suggested that they use their number system as it's there for crowd control and better customer service, and the girl cutting just blinked at me like she wasn't sure she knew where she was. We then headed to the checkout where the line was 9 deep with only one cashier. It took over 30 minutes to check out. So, we spent over an hour waiting to purchase something that took us two minutes to pick out. Four employees in the whole store on a holiday? They seriously need better management and training. Do better.

Wow! Talk about poor customer service and disorganization.. come on people.. take pride on what you do. Take care of your customers .. and don’t be a statistic.. if you don’t like your job move on to something else !

Odd thing, they use electric scissors to cut material for you but they do not sell them at that store.

Second time I have walked in asking if they carried something (a very specific craft item) and was told, "Just Google it, why haven't you googled it?" Treating customers like they are a bother is not well-advised. Disappointed yet again with employees who have an attitude for no reason.
