“For anyone looking for a small shop with a great Seiko selection this is a great one. Their website is a little clunky to use, but their customer service is top notch. I was recently looking for a couple hard to find Seiko limited edition watches, and reached out to them. Andrew at the shop was able to find one of them for me at his sister store and even connected me with a different vendor for the other. Even if you don't see what you're looking for on their site, give them a call and they might surprise you.”

“Christine at the Denton Jay Jewelers was fantastic! After speaking to her on the phone about a replacement watch band for my 12-year-old Citizen watch, being that there was only ONE available from the manufacturer, she went ahead and ordered it without getting any of my information. I called her a couple of weeks later to have her go ahead and order one and she had already ordered it. The staff at the store took excellent care of me, attached and fitted the band in 20 minutes (very difficult band to adjust due to the metal links) and I was out the door. Could not be more pleased with the Denton Kay location. Great staff!”
