This Penney's store is great. They've just done some remodeling, and it's very clean. I never have a problem getting waited on. I buy a lot of clothes, shoes, and purses there.

Item was clearly marked down on clearance rack and when I went to check out they needed a manager's approval because it was $130 pair of pants for 51.99. Manager Amir came over and instead of honoring the marked item he immediately was like that's not our clearance tag and I refuse to honor this and I'm not going to pay $130 for a single pair of pants that was marked at a lower price so he took them. His apologies came off as if he could care less and rude. Happened between 7-7:30pm on 1/25/2024

really bums me that they don't open doors until 11am..so if you have a hair appointment you have to call when you get there. no browsing time.
