This body shop did a great job on my 2017 Kia Sportage. My Kia glistened when I picked it up. The staff at the front desk and my service manager, Kyle Elliott kept myself and the insurance addjuster in the loop. If I need it in the future I'll go see Kyle at James Wood.

The team at James Wood autopark are as good as it gets. The communication and attention from Charles Schwarze is the most professional service I have received when dealing with my car. He put my wife and I at ease throughout the entire process of dealing with getting our car repaired after an accident. I would not go anywhere else before trying this business. Our car looks amazing now that it is finished. 5 stars isn't enough - thank you!

Strongly recommend you seek out Kyle at James Woods Body Shop & Collision Center in Denton. He has twice gone above and beyond our expectations in fixing my Wife's Truck. Kyle is a very polite and helpful professional who is a great asset to James Wood Denton.

We have had an absolutely fantastic experience with the James Wood service center! Came in for our first oil change and maintenance, and everything was done with the highest level of professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy. The team comes with my highest recommendation, and while we hope we won't need much maintenance, we will definitely make James Wood our go-to place for routine maintenance and car repairs. Special kudos to our Service Specialist Samantha and the Service Manager Brandon. True professionals!

We were in for a recall, and they tried to charge us for the work. I mentioned that, and they corrected it. They did offer a shuttle service, though effective it was not timely.

They will take forever to fix your car. And it was the most expensive place I have ever seen in my life. Communication is very poor.
