Extremely poor customer service. Spoke to me as if it was an inconvenience and basically told me to stop calling even though they gave no estimate on when we’d get our car back.

As a single woman, you must be super careful and inquisitive before just willy nilly putting your car into the hands of people who don’t care. This is a mechanic that I know my family member uses and has for many many years. I decided to give them a call this morning to see if I could drop my car off to see about a few issues. I was polite, very straight forward and to the point. Literally one sentence. The minute the man answered the phone my morning got instantaneously negative. Terrible attitude. He was extremely rude, short and spoke as though I was a massive inconvenience. I will never freely give my money to anyone who is rude, ignorant or disrespectful. There are WAY too many options out there.

Called in to get a new alternator put in . Was fast , and saved me money ! Highly recommend. And def will be coming back if I have any issues from now on !

Been coming here for years now. J and M have always been honest and fair, I very much recommend them. Also, if you need to be towed here, use B and O towing. They are good too.

Highly recommend! I pulled in right after pulling part of my bumper off by hitting a curb, and the shop had me in and out in under 20 minutes. The staff was incredibly helpful & respectful!

I have decided to revise my original review. The first time I used this shop they did replace the item at a fair price for the labor however my check engine light continue to be on and I took it in to have it scoped again and it was a whole nother issue but I believe when they replaced the thermostat they either hit or damaged the solenoid and now that shows to be faulty whereas it didn't before the thermostat was changed. I don't believe I will be using their shop again nor recommending it. For some reason I thought this shop would be above reproach

They overcharged for brakes and then the car is still having issues with the brakes. Go somewhere else for your auto service needs.

I just moved to Denton and needed to find a mechanic close by. I stumbled upon J&M Automotive after calling a few others about a valve cover gasket replacement. This shop is very reliable and great on prices. They had my 1999 Toyota Camry up and running in no time. I’m bringing all my cars here from now on.

Mechanics are the worst they can take advantage of you without any consequence. Not a good experience at all. Be careful, especially if you’re woman.
