I am an RN who needed to get my fingerprints done in a new state.I had an appointment, arrived early and looked at the pictures online to find it.The one lady working there took care of us very swiftly.I was there for about 5 minutes.It took me longer to get my kids in and out of the car... So I'm thankful!

This place is a dumpster fire. I showed up for my appointment and no one was there. The same was true for 5 other people waiting outside. Do not go here. Just go to the sheriffs office.

I just showed up for a 10:00 appointment and there’s no one here. The door is locked, I didn’t receive any email or notification they would be closed today. I drove 30 minutes from Flower Mound as this is the closest location to me and I need finger prints completed to renew my state licensure. This is absolutely ridiculous

I had a terrible experience I had an appointment time at 1:20 I showed up at 1:10 and didn't get seen till almost 3 she was taking people who's appointment times were after mine before me and wasn't asking who actually was next I had customers harassing and barraiding me for trying to go before them bc I left to make a phone call since i wasnt gonna make my previous plans i had after my appointment even tho I had been there waiting longer than anyone in the room it was ridiculous and a horrible experience

I went there and they asked for my payment. I let them know I had a payment voucher as this was being covered by my employer. She seemed irritated by that and said she would get it at the end. When it came time to pay, I grabbed my phone so I could pull out the coupon code and as I began to read it off my screen phone, the agent told me she needed my bank card for payment. I waved my phone at her to remind her of the coupon code that was for the full amount. I then asked do you still need my card, and she replied yes. I was like ok, I guess they still have to swipe a card and then enter the voucher code to zero it out. Once she swiped my card, she handed me my receipt. I stood there jaw opened and asked if she charged my card. She was like yes. I reminded her that I had the voucher like how could she forget within 10 seconds. She was like, oh I forgot, there’s nothing I can do about it. She gave me a card to call about getting a refund and then looked at the person behind me and said “next.” How could she not be able to do anything? She couldn’t void a transaction that had not been batched out? She made it clear when she refused to interact with me and began helping another customer that she had no intention of fixing her screw up. This was right before thanksgiving and I had like no money in my account until payday. I almost burst into tears and I can guarantee that it was done on purpose. It has been almost 2 weeks and I still have not been reimbursed. I am still waiting. My employer is filing a complaint with the location. Make sure if your payment is covered to refuse to give your personal card. I was stupid and thought it was a requirement and part of the checkout process.

WORST AND MOST PATRONIZING EXPERIENCE!!!!Go somewhere else! This was the most demeaning experience I ever had in my life. Laura was incredibly rude and uncomforable. The lady pressed hard on my fingers without any warning or explanation. I hope this business would not discriminate against minorities and treat everyone equally no matter their skin color. I would not be surprised if a white person was treated with dignity and respect compared to me. I felt like a criminal getting my fingerprint checked. I hope these people know that discrimination is a judgment based on skin color and not on a person’s character. Racism is real. And America has a long way to go to get that right. And fyi I’m not even Chinese! Stop being prejudiced to innocent people who have done you no wrong. #stopasianhatecrimes

Had an appointment scheduled for 2:20pm as did the woman next to me, neither of us were helped until 2:50pm. Had another appointment a week later also for 2:20pm and got an email that the appointment was cancelled "due to a change in the IdentoGO Enrollment Center operating schedule" at 1:55pm and was then told the soonest appointment available was a week later.

Appointment was for 10:10 am, took over an hour for the lady to get her equipment set up. She was on the phone with tech and was having personal conversations. She had over 5 people waiting to be seen. She seemed unable to manipulate her equipment.Very unprofessional and untimely.Proceeded to talk about how she “loves Phillip”. Kept saying “Phillip please “ “Phillip please, ““Phillip please “.Then to top it off, I asked if my appointment was going to be cancelled and she said “more than likely”I then asked for my ID and card back and was met with an attitude.

No one showed up for six of us, all here with an appointment for fingerprints. We got no notice of the cancellation/closure. Finally got through to customer service, and they said the Denton location was not on the list of closures (and there was no way to contact the office directly). Many of the people I was with were trying a second time for this location, where their first appt last week was cancelled. Would not recommend
