Purchased our 2016 Redwood 39MB in February 2024, started using it in April 2024, so a little over 5 months. So far we've had to replace the toilet (overflows, peddle is broken), the thermostat (can't shut the AC off without flipping the breaker) and the dryer. They promised to replace the dryer motor when we purchased the RV and have it sent to our house. When we received it and scheduled an install, it was the wrong motor. We contacted the dealer and they refused to do anything about it. So we had to buy the correct motor ourselves, out of our own pocket. Worked for 3 weeks then the dial with heating element went out, come to find out Splendide brand does not support the parts for this machine because its 8 years old. No after market parts companies could get the part either, forcing us to buy a complete new dryer. The front door lock came with no combination, and could not be reset because of broken parts within the handle, so we cannot use the keyless entry without replacing the entire locking mechanism. When they advertised the unit for sale, all of the online pictures hid the fact that the couch had a hole in it. I would not trust this dealership to purchase any used RV's. They were not honest with us about what all was broken. We traveled 10 hours to pick up the unit and 10 hours to take it home.

We were told that it would take 3 weeks for a few repairs and repair the roof and floor of the water damaged slideout. We didn't get it back for 1 1/2 years and had numerous other items damaged and floor rotted from being left out in the rain with slideout off. They stole our higher quality air conditioner and put in a cheaper older one that doesn't cool down the RV so we had to supplement with a window air conditioner. They went through 4 unqualified service leaders in a year and the inside help didn't have a handle on what the outside help was doing. We are still finding things that they broke or didn't fix and charged our insurance company for things not needed. They were angry at me because I challenged them on the poor service, lack of care and incompetency. Management was a nice guy, but poor manager.

I have read the reviews for this business and I will say if you have a positive attitude and understand that things do happen that does not always go your way , all the staff from the owner to the bottom person on the ladder will bend over backwards to make sure you are taken care of ! It has been a long time that I have been completely satisfied with any business dealing that is I have been involved with ! This crew at I-35 RV supper center is well above any another’s! Ours sales lady was awesome when she told us what she was going to do and what we were getting that was that , she did not say I have to talk to our manager/ owner ! She worked to get us in a newer RV at the price point we wanted , even when we said we did not want the first one she said NP look here I can do this for you no him hawing around deal done and never left to ask anyone ! I know this is long but when someone is good short reviews are impossible! Thank you crystal for a truly honest and wonderful experience!

Purchased a 2017 Roadtrek from them this past Jan for what I thought was a great price. Picked me up at the airport and gave me time to do my own inspection when I discovered a water leak by the water pump. They took care of it on spot, did the test drive and everything checked out so I was happy. Drove all the way back to MN with no issues so I'm completely happy. Ironically the remote for the Fant-tastic vent fan died recently so I contacted their Dometic's customer service expecting to pay but the company sent me one out on warranty. I would buy again from 1-35 Rv Super Center, no problem.

We had a really nice experience at I-35. We flew in from AZ to possibly purchase an RV. They offered to pick us up from the airport, which was above and beyond. Crystal was very helpful, and efficient.

I purchased a used RV from I 35 RV in January 2023 and purchased a Service Contract with United States Warranty Corp for $3,777.00. The contract had a cancellation clause with a 100% refund if terminated within a period of time. On March 16th I cancelled the contract and United States Warranty told me that I had a 100% refund and it would be handled by I 35 RV. During the next few months I was told that I 35 RV had mailed out a refund. I contacted I 35 RV on a number of occasions and received no return calls. On August 2nd I 35 informed United States Warranty that a check was mailed out to me on July 31st. As of October 17th and still no refund, so I 35 has used my money for 9 months.

I purchased a class A motorhome from them earlier this year. I made the mistake of relying on their pre-delivery inspection for the purchase. This PDI had a number of issues identified, most of which were addressed, however it missed several CRITICAL items in need of repair. One of these was the integrity of one of the two air tanks used for suspension and braking. One of the tanks had a significant leak due to a crack in a weld, which I only found after driving it 200 miles home. This was a significant safety issue and should have never been hidden. The other problems were expensive to repair but not safety critical. I would not buy from them without hiring an independent inspector.
