Our advisor Rebecca was nice, but she didn't seem very familiar with the software that the company uses and couldn't open several of the documents I sent her through MyBlock. She also completely neglected to include my husband's income on our return, making us think we'd get a 6k refund, when it turned out we owed 4k since he's self employed. That could have been a costly mistake that I only caught because I read through the return before she submitted it. I feel like that's a pretty big mistake for a tax professional...
She did end up helping us cut that down to about 2k owed, but I don't think we really trust this branch anymore. We'll probably go elsewhere next year.
