Everyone is friendly and helpful getting my Car ready. I am so ready I have not had a Car since August 18 when got wrecked Been trying to get this going so I don't have to depend on others. Ty
August the 2nd I needed to have them check out some things on my car the dash light was on so they confirmed one thing I knew it needed a canister purge valve and then the fuse box under the hood so they took care of all that for me everybody's very helpful and nice there and they always greet you and talk to you when you go to Honda of Denton I got my oil changed also they check to make sure everything else was good with the car thank you Jimmy and all the other employees at Honda of Denton.? And they had a loaner car for me while it was been worked on.

I cannot recommend Honda of Denton highly enough. Their professionalism, transparency, fairness, and ease of collaboration were outstanding throughout my experience. I don’t live in the DFW area, but was searching for a hard-to-find car that they happened to have. Sarah Brewer, the sales agent who assisted me, was exceptionally responsive and thorough, addressing even the smallest of questions and providing numerous detailed photographs I requested. Her deep knowledge of both the car and Hondas in general was evident.
Furthermore, Honda of Denton went above and beyond by coordinating with my lender on a busy Saturday. When the deal couldn't be finalized until Monday, they graciously agreed to hold the car for a day with a modest deposit, allowing me to inspect it and finalize things in person on the next business day. Upon arrival, the car was impeccably detailed and ready for me, and the staff answered all my questions without any pressure. Unlike most dealerships, they thankfully didn’t partake in any high-pressure sales tactics, and their pricing was very competitive.
If you're in the market for a car, Honda of Denton is truly a great choice!!

I was turned down everywhere then I was texted that I was approved here. They were well aware that My husband passed away and He was the one that usually handled this. My bad because I was screwed. And after I went home with Jeep I called and literally was in tears that I could not afford this (that's why I was turned down other dealerships including this one who all the sudden said I was approved) I called the salesman the GM everyone and never received a phone call back. Then I remembered they are the "3 day exchange" dealership. Funny I was never contacted back only after 5 days by text. I take the blame for being illiterate when it come to car buying because my Husband always dealt with this. My intrest rate is the highest legally allowed and the fact they did not respond to Me until after the "3 day exchange" was unavailable makes Me sick. How do these people sleep at night?
