This was an unpleasant car purchase experience. After we negotiated the car purchase price with the manager, we added some additional insurance fees, which I didn't know, which led me to pay more than 6,000 dollars. After consultation, I didn't get a satisfactory answer.

If you like the constant back and forth to the man behind the curtain over price when trying to buy a car this place is for you. If you like them trying to add 4000 to the price of a used car for shop inspection, reconditioning and make ready fees this place is for you. Might have been worth it if they actually did anything but in my case 3 obvious issues were uncovered by me after getting vehicle home.If you like zero communication after the sale when you have a question then this place is for you. Except for them contacting you about buying an extended warranty-- then they want to talk.These kinds of 'dealers' are why places like CARMAX are in business.

My daughter's car died at college and we needed to find a safe and reliable car for her and on a college budget. No easy task! We had one day to accomplish this feat and Buddha was AMAZING! We had a car picked out but it wasn't quite the right fit. Buddha listened to what my daughter liked in vehicles, what was important, and the strict budget we had to stay in. Buddha went and pulled a car out of "make ready" because he thought it would be a good fit for my daughter and boy did he NAIL IT! She drove it, loved it, and we went straight to finance (who was also awesome) and I have to say, Buddha made the process low stress and probably gained a car buyer for life with my daughter. It was her first car buying experience for herself and he did an outstanding job! Highly recommend you go and see Buddha!!

Purchased a vehicle here last week. I felt there were 2 things that were shady practices - #1 it wasn't advertised prior to me getting to the dealer that I had to use their financing or $1000 was added to the vehicle and in doing so I had to pay .59% higher on a rate than what I originally had been offered with USAA. #2 It wasn't advertised prior to me getting to the dealer that $3797 was going to be added to the vehicle price for "reconditioning" fees. This is a 2023 vehicle with less than 6000 miles so how much "reconditioning" did it actually need. I would've preferred the entire cost of the vehicle to be advertised up front rather than this shady practice that significantly increased my payment not only from the rate but their reconditioning fee. We drove 3 hours to get there and honestly should've just walked out in hindsight. I go to get in my car yesterday and the heated drivers seat isn't even working so how's that for for the$3797 reconditioning you claimed was done to the vehicle that now I get to take to a local dealer to be fixed and hopefully the warranty covers it.Today I get in my car after owning it for 2 wks, and about 15 error messages pop up that put my vehicle into limp mode while I'm driving at 70 mph. It ultimately had to be towed. Pretty confident this dealership sold me a lemon considering this is a 2023 with 7k miles on it!I had a sales manager email me thanking me for my purchase and asked if there were any issues to please email before leaving a review. I did just that and stated the above problems and have yet to hear from anyone.

If I could give them a 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service. I'm super disappointed in Honda of Denton. I felt like they were trying to take advantage of me because I'm female when I brought my car in. They told me that my car was leaking transmission fluid and when I questioned them about it I got lied too by the technician. I feel the technicians, service advisor and the manager don't care at all about the consumer but how to screw people over. Well after owning 4 Honda products with well over 300,000 miles plus. I know how to maintain a car and will question things about my vehicle. So if you are female, DON'T take your care to this place. They will try to take advantage of you!

Recently traded in my vehicle and purchased a vehicle through this dealership. My recommendation is try to find another Honda dealership if you're interested in getting a Honda. Wife communicated with the dealership prior to us coming and informed them that we wanted a vehicle that was certified pre-owned. They stated it wouldn't be a problem and we came in. Throughout the whole process I asked multiple times to multiple people if the vehicle was certified, to which I was informed that it was. A few days after purchase, we were notified that we had to drop it off because it wasn't certified and needed to go through the certification process. Has to spend almost 3 hours driving to and from the dealership to drop off the vehicle. They informed me that the vehicle never should have left the lot until that process happened, wasting a ton of my time and gas. They also charged a large amount when purchasing the vehicle for a "pro package" when asked what it was for, they said it covers the cost of replacing worn/damaged parts, detailing, etc. (which all was likely deducted from the person trading their vehicles in anyways so that doesn't make a ton of sense). Upon lifting up the back seat, we discovered it was absolutely filthy. The tires were also damn near bald. The sales manager really didn't have much to say other than sorry. My time has been wasted, my money has been wasted, and I've lost any faith or trust in this business. I hope that they don't rely on getting any new contacts from me or my wife because I'll be going out of my way to inform family/friends/coworkers to look elsewhere because I'm incredibly disappointed in this location. Honda, they aren't doing your brand name justice.

My experience at Honda of Denton could have been better. I found a 2023 Honda Civic online and called to confirm it had not been sold yet. When I went in and asked about, I was told there was a mistake and the online price was "accidentally" listed cheaper than it actually was. When I asked them to honor the price they advertised online, I was told "We will just fix it in the morning". I am not sure if Honoda of Denton just posts fake numbers on their website just to get people in the door but if you see something that looks like a mistake, they won't honor it.They introduced me to a different car they had on the lot (that was 'correctly' priced). When I said I was interested and we agreed on the price, THEY CHANGED THE PRICE ON THE PAPERWORK! They increased the price of the car from what we agreed on and when I asked them why it was different they said "Well, we were just giving you an estimate." I asked to change it back to the number we previously agreed on and they wouldn't.I expressed all my concerns during the process to the Honda manager and was told I would get a phone call the next day. No one called the next day. The people there are very nice and professional but there are some serious problems that need to be addressed.

I had the pleasure of working with Kaitlyn on my purchase. First, the initial thing that stood out to me was that she listened. I have made purchases before, and it seems like the sales representative is waiting for you to stop talking so they can push in the direction they want. I appreciated that she had experience navigating a corporate deal. She also hit the other important high notes, such as being friendly, and also responsive to emails. The most noticeable part of the experience was her willingness to go the extra mile to get the paperwork completed. I was blown away that she was willing to drive the documents to our corporate offices. Would definitely recommend doing business with Kaitlyn!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE A USED CAR FROM THEM!! 5 days after purchase the check tire light came on and I was told I need to spend almost $1000 on 4 new tires and alignment because the tread is uneven on the tires!!!!!

Worst customer service - came I. For oil change - was not greeted by my service tech, told them I would wait - waited 2 hrs - yes I made appt. Then I got a text about recommended work - went to find my tech - was told by one - I don't know who your tech is and he went back to work - turning g his back to me - went to the next guy - who said yes I am your tech - the after reviewing work - over 600 - which I bought the car here - asked for discount - said no - then acted like I was inconviencing him - asked for mgr - who said they do that any more and we just do what Corp says - I would not recommend coming here as THEY have zero customer loyalty!

Ray Williams is an excellent sales person, after searching days and days for a vehicle my friend recommended me to this dealership where I met with Ray and his amazing crew !! Ray was able to sell me the car I wanted within my affordable loan and also made the transaction seamless. He is truly what all car salesman need to model behind. We had a great salesman Moffatt Gordon he was straight forward with us from the start . We were looking for a car for our 16yr old niece. Gordon was very patience he went through several models to see what she fit in comfrotably being that she's 6ft tall. Over the 5day period Gordon kept us informed on the inventory as it became available. Overall the experience with the staff was wonder, Gordon was very knowlegable and listen to all of our concerns and needs. I would highy recommend buying a car from him. At the end of the process Gordon felt like family. Our niece was truely surprised when she got a ExL Hrv. all thanks to Gordon

We were contacted by this dealer after listing our car on Autotrader. The individual, Kristina, texted multiple times asking if we wanted to sell our vehicle. I called her and explained we had an offer in hand and weren't interested in any low-ball offers. That we would only bring our car in if they were willing to exceed the offer we already had. Her immediate response was "we'll beat it". My wife drove the car over there and was immediately low-balled...they made a starting offer $5K less than the one we had. This was a classic "bait and switch" and dishonest of them. We will never do business with this dealership.
