A/C was so loud as it kicked on and off, you couldn’t sleep through the night. There just needs to be more attention to detail.Also, the shampoo and soaps are connected to the wall in the shower. It drives me nuts to no end to get in the shower and go to get soap and there is none, because the cleaning service didn’t think to check and refill it. Something’s you shouldn’t have to worry about.Internet is non-existent and the premium $$$ Wi-Fi is the same speed as the free Wi-Fi. Save your $$$.

We stayed here 12 years ago and it was our first Homewood Suites and loved it. This time it wasn't as impressive. We just finished a week long vacation staying at various Hilton hotels and this Homewood had the most disappointing breakfast we've ever had at a Homewood Suites. The Hampton Inn we stayed at had better breakfast. Plain egg omelettes with no cheese or peppers or anything. Tator tots. Hot water was Luke warm. Oatmeal was instant from a packet except the water wasn't hot enough to cook it. Very disappointing.Nearby activities: Great location close to lots of dining and shopping optionsFood & drinks: Very poor breakfast for a Homewood Suites.

Best Suite that we have been. Our room was very clean, nice open. Service was available and friendly. If there was one unexpected draw back.... we couldn't find it.

I recently stayed here for a business trip. The hotel was conveniently located close to Texas Women's University and The University of North Texas. There were plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance, or a short drive away. Staff was friendly, clean rooms and a good complimentary breakfast.

Front desk manager Jose is clearly has no integrity and is a liar. I would recommend you stay somewhere else besides this place. General manager Emily never returns calls to explain this guy Jose behavior. Rooms are Trash will be staying elsewhere.

I had an appointment in the area and chose the Homewood Suites due to the affordable rate. I was very surprised at the accommodations - the room was well furnished and comfortable for the price. The lobby and common areas were clean and inviting and all of the staff we encountered were very friendly. We took advantage of the complimentary breakfast and found it more than satisfactory. Within a two block’s walk is an ice cream shop, two restaurants, a Cinemark movie theatre and a donut shop. I can see this as very good location for those needing an extended stay.

My hotel room was burglarized by the cleaning crew…. 120 dollar blender taken and manager covered it up! I am going to Hilton corporate… the suite was old and smelled odd…. Not a good experience for a diamond member…

I arrived and stayed 3 nights to visit family: Overall cleanliness of lobby and breakfast area: 5 out of 5 stars Friendliness and helpfulness of staff: 5 out of 5 stars Room was clean, carpet in very good condition, no odors, bathroom worked well including shower and toilet. This suite had a 2-burner induction cook top and a big refrigerator. The kitchen area was clean and well-maintained. Room: 5 out of 5 stars Facilities: pool not open (this was in December). If they have an exercise room, I did not use it. Facilities: not rated Breakfast: The area was clean and spacious, the staff working the buffet were friendly and helpful. However, the breakfast itself lacked a bit. The hot food while I was there included scrambled eggs with and without ham, hash browns, and either bacon or sausage. They had the usual waffle maker, muffins, bagels, cereal and some fruit. The main issues, for me, were: no hot oatmeal - the only oatmeal was the little quick oatmeal packs that you put in a bowl and add hot water, no fresh hard-boiled eggs instead there were little packets of 2 peeled eggs like you might find in a refrigerator case. The coffee was very good: Breakfast: 3+1/2 out of 5 stars. Overall, I would stay here again the next time I come to Denton. Overall: 4 + 1/2 out of 5 stars. Note that I am not comparing this to a luxury hotel where you would pay luxury prices.

I’ve been staying in this place for 2 weeks. Room was cleaned only once. Any request to clean the room was ignored. There was no hot water for 3 days. Avoid this place. If it happened in one Hilton, apparently they will practice it in all other Hilton locations. I was Hilton Life Time Diamond member. Not any more. From now on I am switching to other hotel net.

Everything is charming and safe. Kelandra is such a great help! She goes above and beyond the call of duty! She is friendly, has patience and handles multiple tasks with a smile. I have traveled the entire USA with Hilton and by far you all hit the jackpot with her.Thanks again❤

If you’re looking for a clean pet friendly hotel near Dallas then this is it!! Very impressed with this hotel!! Smells so clean and bed was super comfortable and staff is warm and welcoming. Best night sleep in years! Seriously!!! Great breakfast as well. We’ll definitely be back as we travel often between Colorado and Louisiana!!
