I recently visited HomeGoods, and I was really impressed with the variety of home decorations they offered. It was so easy to find exactly what I needed, and the employees were super helpful in assisting me with any questions I had. The items were not only unique but also reasonably priced. I will definitely be returning for all my home decoration needed! ##BathleenaApproved ??

Employees need to manage the way people are shopping for the Halloween Hello Kitty blankets. My friend has gone every day for a month straight and still can’t beat the resellers. The last time a worker told her to wait and that “there was a bunch in the back”, then the worker went to the backroom for an hour, came out and said they didnt put them out bc there was a reseller in the store and the watch on the cameras who is looking for hello kitty to avoid putting them out. After an hour and a half waiting the worker came back and said there was none left after initially saying they were gatekeeping them in the back. I understand the workers are probably sick of talking to customers about HK but how many of the employees are reselling themselves and why are resellers being more successful when my friend has put in the same effort going in every morning to buy 1 blanket.

Oh my, my wife loves this place. It's like TJMaxx on steroids. I found some coffee I liked. She had a cart full of stuff.

Love all the amazing finds. I am a Disney fanatic & can always get my fix here! Shelves are always fully stocked & organized, super fast at checkout & staff is always friendly.

This store offers so much. Staff is very friendly, but the store is understaffed. So there is no personal help, and the check out line is usually very long. Never plan to make this a quick trip.

Had the best experience here thanks to your employees!! Debbie and Madelyn went above and beyond to help us with our purchases. They were friendly, fast, helpful and never made us feel rushed even though the store was closing. The selection was great and we scored some great deals on patio furniture!

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. What happened to customer service?! An employee by the name of “Dirk” not only had an attitude while checking me out, but also didn’t even greet me nor wrapped my glass storage containers. This is not the first time that this employee checks me out with an attitude. I had never had a problem with this store or the TJ. Maxx down the street, but this store definitely needs to train their employees on having the great customer service that they claim to have.

It's a great store, but at the peak of day, they only have 1 cashier checking out. Several workers on the floor but just the one cashier. Line was long too. Then he finally called for back up. Very sassy.

Asking people if they need help too many times while they’re shopping will make a person feel like they’re being racially profiled. Let people shop. If you feel that insecure about your customers then pay attention better to your cameras and security. They had a decent selection; it’s home goods. However, the atmosphere was hostile & I won’t be back.
