Amazing service and beautiful flowers I love that you have the option to go to there shop and make your own bouquet for cheap i recently had a friend get out of the hospital and they liked certain flowers and colors and just going and picking out the flowers I know they would like made it so much easier

I ordered flowers through an online flower website and when the flowers got to my Aunt , it wasn't at all what I expected or chose. The flowers were messy and looked like they were thrown together. I found out on the card , That Holly's gardens & florist did the bouquet, I called and was amazed at the kindness and understanding of Loretta and the team . I send a picture and they said that wasnt the way the bouquet was made, and that they went the extra mile to make it special. They were in shock with the picture I sent. Loretta offered to correct the problem and sent another beautiful vase and flower arrangement. Businesses like this is rare and hards to find. I live out of state but I will never go anywhere else for my flowers for my family in TX. Thank you for not only the professionalism but the kindness, integrity and love that goes into your work.

I have not yet received my flowers for Valentines day to give to my significant other, but I called the store and the owner picked up. He was on top of it knew his system front to back and was able to fix my problem without any hiccups. I made a mistake and he went the extra mile. This is the pinnacle of customer service. Add to that I am in college the prices are pretty immaculate where bigger companies will charge 120 for the same thing the price is affordable especially for equal quality. Shipping is really cheap to if you must know 10 dollars locally. I do have a pick up order just wanted to make sure you all know. If you need flowers trust Joe (the owner).

Went through the entire process of ordering a bouquet arrangement for my mother's birthday, including the entrance of my credit card information and personal address. Three days later, I was called (quite rudely) telling me that they don't deliver to my location. It's a Denton florist and my address is a direct suburb of Denton county but OKAY... The woman was extremely rude and gave me no explanation other than "we don't deliver there." Put your money somewhere else.
