I enjoyed it with our friends...we've encountered talking several nice ladies about yarn projects. My dearly beloved sister brought me and her some great looking yarn,as one lady brought the same type of yarn too; they had some beautiful colors!-they were 30% off and on sale. That was great! Our friend brought her a set of crochet hooks to try and learn how to crochet along with some yarn. We went to the front to pay for our items, and the lady at the cash register was really nice! I also spoke to a young girl too! Linda, the older lady was a pleasure to chat with; she told us about the sale. It was a very great experience shopping there! I also spoke to a young lady at carts, and she was very pleasant too!

Employees are always kind.The 50% OFF signs on displays that contain only "Your Price" items... causing wasted time. It does not apply to "YOUR PRICE" items.This is a store wide, not individual store issue.

Hobby Lobby had exactly what we needed. We were over an hour away from home and needed a few last minute items for our daughter's wedding. We found a Hobby Lobby in Denton. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

I was sold a Bible that had a page ripped ( Isa 43), was missing a book (1 thessalonians), and multiple chapters out of the book of revelation ( Ch. 18, 19, 20 and 21). They refused to exchange because I had wrote my name in it when I first got it expecting that it was a perfectly good and new Bible. I believe they sell resused items and I am most of all disappointed in their customer service and lack of sympathy for the matter ( ie gift card , exchange, or refund). In the future I will stick with Amazon or, Michaels or TJ Maxx, and encourage anyone else who shops there to do the same .

My wife made the arrangements with items bought from HL. We also purchased wall art we added to our guest bathroom. All the items were half off!

The store itself is fine, but Linda with the welt on her forehead in the fabric section is a rude, incredibly unprofessional individual and the fact that the workers around her have to do her job for her is so awful. She wanted to pretend like I didn’t exist when waiting for my fabric selection, another worker had to come help because she was being rude on purpose.

Only one cashier working, Checking out a customer who has several fragile items. Many workers walking around, seeing the long line waiting their turn but not one jumping on a register. They should have more than one cashier when there is a queue.
