There is no hot water in this hotel. I called many times but no response was received.
Rooms: There is no hot water in 201, but everything else is okay

Despite the many fine attributes of this hotel, my stay was ruined on night two by the ridiculously loud guests in the neighboring room. It is 1:00 am and I can literally hear everything they are saying. These walls are paper thin. I’m so disappointed because I was very happy with my stay after the first night. I asked the front desk for assistance. She called up to their room to ask them to be quieter. How do I know that? Because I literally heard one of them say that the front desk called. So even though the rooms were nice, the pool clean and employees professional I wouldn’t stay here again. I feel terrible for the front desk employee. She has been up here speaking with them and following up to make sure they are quiet. There are no more rooms available or she said she would have moved me. So instead, I’ll have to crank up the AC so I don’t have to hear them. And you can bet - tomorrow morning when I wake up for my early flight - I will make all kinds of noise so I can wake their sorry a$$es. A Miserable experience for sure - one I will not repeat.

Hilton Garden Inn Denton was overall nice with a clean and modern room. Unfortunately their customer service was lacking and it's for this reason I'm giving them 3 stars. I have been waiting to hear back from the manager and have left multiple messages with no call back. Disappointed that this is how my trip ended.

Great clean super friendly people. Staying here for 2 weeks because of my husband's work. This place makes you feel at home!. Easy to use laundromat. Clean pool outside with hot tub. The BEST BREAKFAST BUFFET I HAVE EVER SEEN!!! AMAZING SO WORTH IT! ?

For a Hilton I figured it would of been alot better. I gave 3 stars since it's being worked on. First I'll talk about our server we had while we ate dinner. She was kinda rude we asked for a refill and she said she'll get to it when she'll gets to it that it might take her a while. Now the elevator was rough. Like is this thing going to leave you stranded or break and fall lol.

The staff was amazing to work with! They helped to make our wedding weekend amazing. Our rehearsal dinner was here, and it was a great space to host family and friends, while catering and enjoying the bar. It's in a great location right off the highway and across form our favorite place, Bucees! So pleased with our stay.
Rooms: Exactly as described.
Nearby activities: Right off the highway, close to all the major necessities.
Food and drinks: The bar was ready for the volume of people we were hosting!

Good location, nice staff. My keys were deactivated twice but the kind ladies in the front quickly handled the issue and gave me breakfast vouchers.
Rooms: Nice size rooms, was cool to temp when arriving which was perfect for this Texas summer heat
Food and drinks: Clean and comforting dining area with friendly staff.

Staff was nice but room was horrible fridge didn't work, ac wouldn't go below 74, shower door wouldn't stay closed, room door had huge gap like it was kicked in so hallway light came in the room, and when I wanted to use the pool my key didn't work and the staff was nowhere to be found. Not to mention no I've machine on 1st floor. Burger was very pricey at 18 dollars.

We usually keep our hotels stay’s to the Hilton brand, this hotel was definitely disappointing. Started with our digital key opening all doors but our room door. The desk clerk did attempt to send another, but that too did not work. The room looked nice when we walked in, but then you get to the bathroom. The tub was dirty and not too sure what happened to the wall in the shower, but it was distastefully put together. The a/c was so loud and the bed was not very comfortable. Needless to say we will not be staying at this hotel again.

As a Hiltons Honor Member, this is the worst experience I have had. There was obnoxious stomping and jumping above us all nights, and after multiple complaints, phone calls, and trying to be patient, the front desk would not work with us. She was rude, and unprofessional. To have to get cops involved for one night at a hotel speaks volume in itself. I will be getting a refund and will never return or recommend this place. To many complications for too high of a price. Ridiculous. You are correct she didn’t hear any of the noise either because she was not in the room under them half the night like we were. Also, why do I have to be the one to move rooms when I was not doing anything wrong. The little 2 minutes spent by there room wouldn’t really justify the 5 hours we dealt with them waking us up multiple times, from stomping, jumping, and running around intentionally. But you wouldn’t know because the noise from the hall also wouldn’t justify from our room as well. If it was taken seriously it would’ve stopped, and we would’ve got a refund and the manager would’ve contacted me like I asked for that to happen. But it is okay. Corporate will know about this, and I will be getting my money back. Because yalls hotel is not worth $177 anyways. And you are correct we won’t have an experience like that again, because we will not be returning.

My wife and I came here to denton to get away, and we found Hilton Garden Inn this was a great choice the staff is super friendly and welcoming Michelle out bartender was super good She makes the best old-timer I've ever had and I have traveled. The chef Sam was extraordinary ?? our front desk clerk was awesome Jada who went obove and beyond to make our stay better. There was a slight problem with the cleaning staff, but management corrected our issues swiftly all above I give this place 4 out of 5 ? stars

This is one of the nicest Garden Inns I've stayed at. And Crystal was so nice at the front desk. The food was even delicious. Looking forward to coming back

We came in tired, and the lady at the front desk was so very nice and efficient. She had us all smiling and made check in SO easy!
