Order was correct. Two problems though, 1.) In was told when placing my order online I was told my order would be available for pickup the same day. However it was not. My email said 7:30 pm but I never reveived a confirmation to pick up my order until the following afternoon around 1:30pm.. The stores hours also need to be updated. Per my order confirmation email I could retrieve my order when the store opened at 10am. I arrived at 10:20 for the store to be closed. I called and a staff member told me that they would not open until 11am. I explained the timing on my email but was told there was nothing that could be done. I ultimately had to go back after I got off work.

I asked for a shoes size. A gentlemen said he will go look in back. 10 minutes later another employee asked if I needed help. I informed them that I already have someone looking in the back. A few more minutes goes by. I see the first guy that was helping me come out and immediately goes to another customer and asked them if he could help them. So without informing me of anything he just moved on. I left and met my family and another store. We decided to get our gifts there. 600.00 later as we were walking out my daughter decided h she wanted to go in your store. She decided on a pair of shoes for a gift for her friend. So you got lucky to even get any of out business. I will not be shopping at that location again!ThanksChris

The service was HORRIBLE. Considering I used to love shopping here. I spent over $300 on 3 pairs of shoes, one I bought in store the other two they didn’t have the sizes so I ordered them in store to get delivered to the store, a week later after my 2nd time showing up to see if my package was there the 2 very unhelpful girls at the front basically told me “idk where your package is & the hub driver has been real inconsistent these days so we really don’t know when your package will come in.” When I asked for a refund on the two shoes they told me they couldn’t do so until the package arrives bc they need to be able to scan it in. I called the corporate number spoke with a “manager” of sales idk if it was online sales or in store & they told me, they would have to submit a claim or cause # and THEN once those ppl reach out to me, they would have to figure out the best way to refund me my $220 (most likely it would be coming in a CHECK IN THE MAIL since I paid cash which is ridiculous bc yall took my money very quickly for a product I didn’t even receive and when I still hadn’t received the package, now getting my money back to me is a problem.) a week went by and I STILL had not heard from the claims dept. 3 weeks after my order was supposed to be delivered to the store, THE SAME DUMB GIRLS (& yes I’m calling them dumb bc to smirk & think it’s funny when a customer is upset over $200+ dollars is very unprofessional) called me lmk my order was in. At this time seeing how unreliable Hibbett’s is with their products and their customer service, I went to another store and purchased the EXACT same shoes right then in Finish Line (JD’s in the mall). With NO problems. So when the girls called that my order was “ready” WEEKSSSS later (this is supposed to be Christmas gifts I ordered in NOVEMBER!) so I went to the store with a smile and seeing the girls smirk bc they knew I was still upset waiting on this order, had a nice smile as she brought my order out, soon as she set it on the counter I told her TO REFUND ME. Which she did (no longer with a smile lol) So the package that was supposed to be delivered in 3 days, turned into almost 4 weeks, and it was a few days RIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS when they FINALLY called it was in. Thank God I have money bc what if that was my only few hundred dollars I had to spend on my children’s Christmas. How unreliable WERE Y’ALL. And the girls in the store thinking it was funny, will definitely lose yall more customers. I will never shop with yall again. Thank you for the lesson. My good money will definitely be spent ELSEWHERE.

Walked in and wasn't harassed, that was nice. But once we started really looking at shoes I wish the employees would have paid a little bit more attention to us. Other than that, they helped us when we asked for help and the sale prices is what drew us in.

Don't try things on if you plan to return them. I'm sure they won't care about losing me as a customer but I'll never return. I'm so frustrated at how I was treated, every step of the way.

Terrible service from both cashiers today at noon, the boy didn’t want to provide service and told the other lady to see what I was asking for and she didn’t want to check the inventory and after begging her many times, she went to the storage in the back and finally found the shoes I was asking for but didn’t want to go back to check if she has other sizing, I got tired of waiting and begging, so I went to Dick’s to purchase my shoes.Note: Hibbet website was telling me they had the size I need but the lazy lady cashier never even check the system

Gainesville Hibbitt is literally the worst managed store in Gainesville Tx. The manager, some shoet dumpling of a woman, thinks because she manages a cruddy retail store in Gainesville tx she's above treating customers with respect and humanly. A bu ch of goofy children work there and are literally either too lazy or rude to help with anything. Do yourself a favor and make the drive to Sherman or Denton...this place is poorly stocked and poorly managed!

I bought a nike tech for my sister and it was defective and missing a zipper.. brought it back with the recipe which I bought 3 days ago as a gift and didn’t keep the tag.. and they said they couldn’t do anything about it.. manger was rude and did nothing to help customer service was horrible and now I have to deal with a defective product bc they failed to check the quality of their merchandise before putting it on the sales floor… very very disappointed with this company and this location would not recommend.

WORST STORE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! The managers at this store LACK KNOWLEDGE tremendously. I ordered my son shoes in store 2 weeks ago and wanted them shipped to my home but instead they placed the order having the shoes shipped to the store. My son shoes still hasn’t arrived and they want me to come back in store to reorder them because of a mistake that was made on their end. I ended up having to call customer support because shoes that I paid for are LOST and they expect me to drive all the way back to the store to fix an issue that they made at the store. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!
