The store staff are always very helpful. Diane was very delightful and very helpful. She always know right where thing are and more then willing to check to see if an item is in back. Never have had a bad experience with Diane or any of the employees at this location. I have noticed on a review of a person saying some pretty over the top comments about an employee and I just had to add my 2 cents. Yes it is policy not to look up your order and like most places you need to have your receipt. I have had no problem keeping my receipts. I do feel that guys review was made up mostly in his head. As everyone has always been great to deal with at this location.

Online inventory says they have products in stock. Drove 30 minutes to pick one up, they showed to have two in stock, both were display. They wouldn't even sell one of the display items..

The place is clean, stocked with what products are listed on their site, and the staff was exceedingly polite. They also offer a simple reward program. They only ask for a name and phone number and your purchases contribute to a discount later, I believe. Nothing like spam emails, letters, etc. Good experience

As much as I like Home Depot, and prefer the name brands, they sell there for many items and tools and paint, etc., for the things you need that are disposable. Anyway nothing beats Harbor Freight for price and getting it right now. The employees are very polite and help you out (unlike the Tractor Barn on 377, which I’ve had some problems with, although by no means all the time!)For instance, I was looking for a set of two wheeled wheelbarrow tires and they were around $45… Each… At Home Depot and I got them both at Harbor Freight for $55.I would go here for gloves, grinder cutting wheels, drillbits, screws, and nails. That sort of thing.

This is a great place to buy cheap tools. I use my tools hard at work and they last pretty well. I’ve only ever broken one and it had a lifetime warranty so I just went back and got a new one. There was no annoying paperwork or anything they just switched them out on the spot.

Today was one of the worst experiences with an employee of a business that i've had in years. During checkout i was asked for my phone #. I replied "no thanks, I'm not interested." This works every time when used without complaint by any business or employee as far back as i remember. Even at this location in the past. Not today. It seemed to set the cashier off as she went into a spiel about how customers must keep their receipt (i always do) now because this locations newest policy is to refuse to look up your purchase any other way. To which I replied, "that doesn't sound very customer friendly." The cashier then stated "Its a great policy and we are glad its that way!"I then responded "what if a customer doesnt have a phone?" This sent the cashier over the edge. She began to run her mouth uncontrollably toward me in front of other customers and employees. I looked down at her nametag which sent her into another tirade. She then began to loudly blurt out her name, letter by letter. D - I - A - N - E !!!!She was still loudly running her mouth as i was walking into the parking lot. To me, the most shocking part was seeing the word manager or supervisor by her name on the tag. I feel sorry for any employees that may be subjugated to the verbal abuse, either directly or indirectly, that I witnessed by this manager of fellow CSR's.Attention HFT - apparently from reading recent reviews after this altercation, I was not shocked that customers have stated that they have informed Corporate Management about their negative experiences with this representative of your company. From all appearances, she has been allowed to become a liability to your company. As a business owner myself, obviously this falls directly back on her immediate supervisor, and then theirs, and so on. I could never allow an employee to interact with my customers in this way. Not once.Your customers deserve and expect better.

Overall: Decent. I think you get what you pay for in regards to the tools, some brands to avoid and others are GREAT for the price. Lately, I just seem to have poor experiences with some of the employees at this location. No one seems to care about their job and terrible customer service comes with that. Had a poor enough experience today that I’ll just buy online or go somewhere else. The female manager/shift leader is awful, someone should look into this location ASAP for developmental opportunities with her, the review is on my overall experience with HFT.
