If i could give zero stars i would. I just went into Happy Nail Spa in Denton. I have been going here for months and have spent hundreds of my hard earned dollars there and all I can say is "They're the worst". The will cheat you out of your money if they think you aren't paying attention and lie to your face about it. I also think their racist because they tried to shoo me out and rush my nails because there were white people around. The owner even tried to escalate the situation when I caught him trying to cheat me by saying I misunderstood the girl doing my nails. They also tried to charge me for a service they didn't provide. Garbage place! Never going back! I will also be telling any and everyone I know to not even waste their time. Also my nails look horrible!

I am beyond furious and disappointed with the quality and service here. This salon is a complete joke and a rip-off. Save your time, money, and sanity by going somewhere else.

Great staff and nails. They are always kind to fix my nail even if it's my fault. Not sure why there is any negative reviews about this place or sweet staff.

I never thought I’d be that person to write a review, but I had to come rate this place and share my awful experience. I was getting a pedicure and it was the fastest I ever had. I knew I still had calluses on my feet , so I told her she didn’t get all of it. She told me it would be extra. Which is weird, because they always been able to remove the calluses any time I got a pedicure… with out charging extra… so I’m like okay , I’ll pay. Why she come from the back with a cheese grater!! I’m like , no ! I don’t use that. I use the pumice stone. The lady started getting an attitude and left me in the chair for 10 minutes. My feet were dry. She came back after ten minutes and started scraping my dry heel with the pumice stone. I told her , it was okay. I will go else. I’m not sure if it was a race thing or what, but I also heard other customers getting greeted and offered something to drink. I didn’t get that treatment. So I left

Would have been a 5 star review if my polish didn't chip literally the next day after being serviced here. Literally LOVED every other part of my deluxe mani/pedi but the polish chipping this soon is a huge disappointment.Services: Pedicure

Today my first time going here and I was a walk-in(mommy got some free time). Greeted the moment I walked in. Super sweet man helped me. I received a deluxe pedi and last min wanted my nails painted the same color. Pedi was out of this world! Service was amazing! Great prices! I’ll def be back! So glad I found them!Service: Pedicure

A friend and I wanted to get our nails done and we just finished having lunch next door at Jersey Mikes. So we decided to try this nail place because their prices were 10$ less than what we normally pay and I now know why. We walked in and they made her and I separate (which isn't the whole of getting your nails done with a friend so y'all can sit next to each other and talk) My friends nails are not even close to what she asked for plus the girl who did her nails cut her and made her bleed, her finger is still swollen. We went on Thursday last week and I've already had 2 of my nails break off and the others are chipping already. We will not be coming back to this place ever again.Service: Dip powder

I’ve been here a few times for a pedicure. They always seat you right away even without an appointment. Much better service than a couple of local places where you have to wait even when you have an appointment
