I have been to great clips in many locations. This location I ve had bad experience both the times I went. Both times I was assigned to little aged ladies, and the so called stylists are very impatient. The haircut was very uneven on the top and they really don’t blend the machine trimmed sides to the top. (Also this location is not a very busy one.)
I won’t be visiting this location again for sure.

Stylist: Sam did a great job cutting my hair and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted.

The stylist wouldn’t listen to the fact I only wanted my bangs trimmed and not my hair but wouldn’t let up and cut off more than I wanted and did it uneven once I stepped a foot out of the shop I started to tear up because of how my hair looks now

I do cut from this location and I was very pleased with their service. Today I cut my hair by 4:15pm this location. One new staff cut my hair I felt like that she was in a hurry. She really messed my hair she used trimmer to cut my top and front of the hair. She didn’t even spray the water on the hair. Less than 5mins she cut my hair, she messed my Easter. Really bad service, I said my sides are not even. She gave an explanation that I have gray hair. I won’t visit this location anymore. Thank you for all the good service I had.

I got a cut by Caylie, good conversationalist and when I asked her to go a little shorter on the sides she did without hesitation. I was happy with my 2 inch fade on the sides and 1/2 off the top.

The stylist the very friendly and nice but after I left my husband noticed that I had a lot of hairs that were longer. My haircut took maybe 10 mins and I don't feel like she took the time to make sure my hair was straight and done correctly.

Great Clips is just that!! Great. I've never had a disappointing haircut and have used them exclusively since they first opened in Denton at Carroll Blvd! The online checking saves so much time. My hair is cut as I request and that is quite short. Estella is the young lady who cuts my hair at the Rayzor Ranch location. She always remembers how I like it cut. She listened to what I requested Thank you, Estella. Several even call me by name when they see me walk in. That gives me a great feeling. Great customer service. Love when you publish and send coupons. They really help.
