I have a goatee with no mustache very clear what I needed done my facial hair is long enough where the hair growing around it was very clear what I wanted it to be cut back to and I explained that this girl Tricia made me look ridiculous physically and in front of everybody in the establishment as well I was just getting a beard trim before a wedding party and she messed it up then kept going with a look on her face like she was mad at me or something I asked her what she was doing politely and told her that I explained what I needed done and she got a really nasty attitude and I was quiet the whole time she got ruder and ruder then she pulled the gown off me and told me I need to leave

The lady butchered my hair. I had inspiration pictures and she waited until she finished shaving the undercut to tell me the top layers of my hair was too short to achieve the desired look. That's something you should tell the client UP FRONT. I regret not fighting for myself about having to pay for this atrocity.
Oh and that lady has zero filter. Completely unprofessional. She kept going on about how she's a felon and she's having issues with her boyfriend and how that's the reason she's living in her car. That's not the kind of stuff you should be telling your clients, lady.

I had an awesome experience getting my haircut with Trisha. She was super friendly and easy to talk to, and really took the time to listen to what I wanted. The cut turned out exactly how I pictured it—clean, well-blended, and just right. She paid great attention to the little details and made sure everything looked perfect before I left. Definitely coming back!

I don’t know the name of the hairdresser, but shes caused me to never want to go back. Went to get a haircut and a beard trim. She obviously didn’t know what to do on a beard and it shows. when asked just to clean it up and make it look neat. She is grabbed the biggest guard and just use that on all of it instead of styling it and making it look tapered and neat.
They also had notes in there from one of the times that it had been a while since I had a haircut, not ask him to take about an inch off so now every time I come in, they are like take an inch off.
She also didn’t put the apron around me completely to where I have hair all over me and now I’m going to have to go home and fix my beard myself. Total waste of time and money.

I am writing this review 1 min after my hair cut. I am done with greatclips, I showed her one picture but she did what she wanted to do,that too bad, I need to wear a cap from today. I can even do a better haircut. And she didn’t even clean my hair all over my face and neck. Never choose great clips

I’m keeping this review within 5mins after exiting.
Avoid this Great Clips location at all costs. The staff here are rude and clearly uninterested in providing any sort of service. They completely butchered my haircut and clearly lack proper training.

The worst haircut I ever had. I don't know what was the lady thinking about, she messed up my hair and didn't wanna accept her fault. Later called her manager or another lady, she would make excuses. Definitely not recommended unless you want to get your hair messed.

i'm at 43 year-old white male I could just close my eyes and determine whether I'm getting a decent haircut or not well let's just say this was not a decent haircut. You could tell just by the feel of the movement of the person cutting your hair take some pride in your work. I get the most basic easy haircut, when you use the clippers go over everything more than once so long Straggler hair. it's fine I'll just go home and fix it myself $26 and a 5 dollar tip later
