I was having difficulties uploading a picture of my drivers license. And would have liked the option to hand my license to an associate as I was already there in person. I understand for their safety they are no longer available face to face. They have the associate behind a locked door and they video chat into the room you are in, on a massive screen. But in times of technical difficulty it makes things more difficult. Other than that I love this storage unit complex. I’ve used them twice now and will keeping coming back.

This place has the most streamline process ever. I called, spoke with Ashley, we had selected my unit and had everything finished in five minutes. I’m not joking. Very happy do be aware this place is like all the others and will jack up your rates at the six month mark.

Really nice units at really good prices. Easy access and great times. It’s super clean, too, on the interior units. Like the floor is shiny. I got a 10x15 on a second floor and it was super nice to have all that space for an affordable price.thanks !
