It is very rare to find an offer in this place, but you do find the most current games. If you buy a new game, do not return it, they give you 50%. And they resell it at 95%.Buy used games, they accept them for almost the same price. They sell you insurance for 3 dollars. I recommend that you take it. With a game that turns out bad, you lose your money. If you pre-order a game, if it arrives on release day. It is a good option for new games.

This staff put on an amazing midnight release for Tears of the Kingdom. It was incredibly well organized. I think it was Dakota who helped me and he was honestly a treat. Will be giving more business to this place as a direct result of the great staff here.

I love this gamestop. But didn't like that they were almost 40 minutes late to open when they're suppose to be open at 11:00am then had to wait even longer because a long line of people outside.

Half the time I come to the store isn’t even open during the open hours. I can’t even pick up a game I preordered.

Can't EVER get anyone on the phone. There is absolutely no way they're this busy to not accept phone calls. I've tried multiple times and never get through. I guess no one at the store cares about my business.

Poor Customer Service. Employee should have told the person who called that they would have to be put on hold or call back, OR the employee could have multi tasked; instead the employee ignored us & just answered the callers endless questions.Also, ad a side note the only game stop I've been too still requiring mask. Yes I'll keep using game stop, but NOT this location.Customer service for customers who are there buying stuff is #1...we were treated 2nd or even 3rd. Will not return to this location.
