Ethan was great to work with with allowing my wife and I to see the new Rv. We arrived later in the afternoon due to our work schedule, it was raining that afternoon when we went to the dealership but Ethan allowed us to walk through at our leisure to see if it would work for our needs. Ethan stayed late that afternoon and was very informative with the options and features that the Roost offered. We traded out Landmark Chesapeake in and Ethan and the full staff were very accommodating working with our timeframe. I would definitely recommend this dealer and Ethan to any friends of mine that may be looking for a new or used Rv.

Great place and great people. They go above and beyond to please their customers. They don’t include hidden fees and are more affordable than other rv places. Ask For Zack Stover and he will take care of you. Great guy and he knows his stuff. Can’t wait to buy another unit after I wear my new one out. I will definitely use these guys again!!!

I had a great experience. I dealt with Ethan. He was most helpful, finding me the perfect 5th wheel for my needs and in my budget. All the others I worked with at FunTown were also knowledgeable, and helpful, and professional! A real team effort!

Our experience at Fun Town RV Denton has been great. Justin E. was very knowledgeable regarding the trailer we inquired about and ended up purchasing. He was never pushy, but stayed in touch. It was nice to deal with such a respectful person, he truly is an upstanding young man. In today’s times you don’t experience this too often.
Our delivery experience was great as well. Austin was very knowledgeable and a respectful person as well. The walk-thru went smooth and Austin was very helpful showing the trailer inside and out and answering all our questions.
This is our third trailer to purchase with Fun Town RV in Denton since 2017 and all our experiences have been great.
Hat’s off to Justin and Austin, great to deal with. Thank you!

Do not buy from this business!!! Over 3 months since we purchased our RV and we still haven’t gotten our license plates. Our temporary has expired and now we can’t even use our trailer. My husband has called 3 times regarding this issue and still no resolution! The customer service is definitely not the best!
Received a call after posting this review: Supposedly our plates were put in the mail last week. We have yet to receive. Knowing our plates were expired, why weren’t they overnighted?! Because this dealership doesn’t go above and beyond! Once you buy from them, you are forgotten about! Obviously they don’t value their customers!!

It was a great experience at funtown RV Justin and Austin are two young men with the great sense of business. I expect they go places in life. Should you need anything ask for them guys. they really know what they're doing. It was also a pleasure doing business with the finance and service managers they helped with any issues that arose and had them taken care of quickly.

I'm absolutely thrilled with my RV from Brinkley, but unfortunately, the sales and delivery experience was a disaster. The dealer initially claimed they had the unit in stock, which turned out to be false. Despite knowing I was arriving after a 15-hour drive, they weren't prepared, and the whole process was chaotic.
The finance process was smooth, but in hindsight, I should have waited until after the walkthrough. Once the deal was signed, the dealer's focus and concern for my satisfaction vanished.
The walkthrough itself was adequate, although the representative lacked product knowledge. However, the real issues arose afterward. The installation of the weight distribution hitch was incorrect and potentially hazardous, requiring manager intervention – who wasn't on-site, leaving me waiting in 100-degree heat.
To top it off, they filled my freshwater tank with non-potable water, forcing me to sanitize it immediately upon arrival home.
Despite loving my RV, I'm extremely disappointed in sales and delivery process. Improvement is sorely needed to match the quality of the Brinkley products.

We limped into Fun Town RV on a Friday afternoon with two tire blowouts. They assisted with getting a mobile tire service for us to put four new tires on our trailer. Their techs checked out the damage on the trailer to make sure we were safe to continue to travel. Pleasant, professional staff.
