Place is okay, could be better, machines are looking a bit old, they just need a deep clean on majority of their equipment. Since y'all are raising monthly prices. Can you PLEASE get rid of the termite infestation in the men’s sauna, that is disgusting, I was sitting in the sauna couple days ago, and I noticed there was at least 10+ termites in the corner. I can’t image how many are hiding under then seats in the sauna. Please fix this soon.

It's pretty crowded and people don't have any gym etiquette here, but I've been to worse

Pretty happy here. Large place, decent fees, fairly good amount of free weights.

I’ve been attending this gym 2-3 times a week for the past 2 years. It used to be a great gym: affordable, clean, and I loved having a women’s area when I was starting out. I’m not sure if the gym is under new management as of recently, but it has gone downhill fast. The water fountains are regularly broken for a week at a time. The women’s gym constantly has broken machines that stay broken for weeks at a time, and the paper towel dispensers are empty at least 70% of the time. They also randomly raised the price to $20/month saying we were getting access to “premium amenities,” but when I repeatedly emailed them asking what the premium amenities were I never got a response. There are some friendly staff members who have been there a long time, but most new employees are indifferent if not outright rude toward you. I am a distance runner, and when I asked an employee if there was a way to override the 60 minute limit on the treadmills he laughed in my face and told me I was working out inefficiently. I think these personal trainers should recognize that everyone has different goals in the fitness community. I also left my barbell pad at the gym at one point, then called and asked if they could set it aside for me. An employee told me that she had it and I could get it the next time I came in. A few days later and suddenly they didn’t have it and had never seen it. Because of all of this, I’m trying to cancel my membership, and when I click the phone option to speak to customer service to cancel it just starts replaying the menu options. So I called again and instead chose the option to speak to the manager. I told him I wanted to cancel and that the customer service option was not working, and he told me to call customer service then hung up as I was in the middle of saying “but I can’t get a call to go through to them.”TLDR: rude/unreliable staff, broken equipment, and higher prices than similar gyms in the area

LOVE my gym membership here. Extremely well priced and decent amount of equipment. The staff is always ready to help or answer questions.

Disappointed! The courts have buckets all over when it rains. The roof is leaking this is dangerous to people playing. This need to be fixed immediately! The answer is not to close the courts in inclement weather the answer is to fix your roof.

I also had a baby recently and he is 4 months old and I was told I couldn’t bring him at all. I need to workout due to me just having a kid and I don’t have a babysitter. I would keep him next to me the entire time but clearly they hate baby’s here. This gym is not family friendly at all and treats new mothers horribly.

get EVERYTHING in writing if you sign up with this gym. they have been charging me for months after telling me that my membership cancellation request was received. keep statements, keep documentation of cancellation request (the date, who you spoke with etc). I am very disappointed with the service that I have received. I informed my local Fitness Connection in August 2023 that I would be moving in 30 days to a state that does not have a Fitness Connection. I was told from the front desk that my notice was received and I would not be billed for September and onward. I have been charged continuously each month from September 2023 until April 2024. it looks like there was even an increase in price that I was never notified about. I moved in September and I haven’t even been in the state to use a membership that I was told was cancelled. customer service will not help me get a refund and they are STILL going to charge me for the month of May even though I called to discuss the issue today (April 3rd).

The equipment is sturdy, and easy to find (if you aren't blind like i am or you get a tour). Service is nice with a lovely community. Everything is clean and doesn't smell bad. Love the womens cardio room. Overall great experience but don't forget your water bottle bc i can't get the water fountain to work.

Was told that I have to use their app by the manager or I will be denied access to the gym. The app is garbage and does not work half the time and I should not be forced to use a garbage app to get into a gym I pay for I should have been given a key tag upon sign up. I joined last year and be said I would have to pay $10. He was very rude, and I have been using my phone number to enter the gym for over a month and none of the employees have ever complained. The gym is not maintained very well it is never clean and there are always machines down.

They charged me twice for the entrance fee, 47, then 53 the next month. After I signed up, I kept getting calls from them, and then it would hang up. Don't trust this gym with your bank info. Also, no one ever answers the phone, especially the manager, for situations like this.
