So I thought this would be a good bank to switch to since my work uses it and we have never had problems. Unfortunately, the staff really ruins the experience for me. I ordered checks on the first of the month inside the bank and the gentleman at the front said I was good to go! I thought it was strange I hadn't received them so I called back on the 21st of the month to find out that they were NEVER ORDERED!!! When I heard that I was very confused since I was told otherwise. When I called today to get it all sorted out they can't seem to remember the gentleman that worked at the front just a little over a week ago, the woman was extremely rude and started to get an attitude with me. I was on the phone for 15 minutes and she continuously put me on hold. I wouldn't have had to call if the person that worked for you did their job in the beginning like I was told they did. I really didn't care for the woman on the phone acting like a child continuously saying BYE! BYE! BYE! BYE! As I was still speaking trying to figure out my account.

This bank is the absolute worst. I decided to to get away from Wells Fargo and put my trust in to a smaller, local bank. The online banking service operates like a website from 1998. The one time I ordered checks, I received checks for someone else's account with my address on them!!! Today, I am out of state and opened the app to check my account. Well, what do ya know? Online banking happens to be down, specifically today. No mas, no mas.

Stopped in to deposit some money. Actually has cash and dropped it into a envelope and ran it in the ATM.
