Nice store. I guess the 30% markup on everything is because of the atmosphere. Almost $100 for new balances is highway robbery. Save your money and shop somewhere else.

Don't buy shoes here. They don't take returns even if the shoes were never worn. Clearly it's up to the discretion of the manager (just so happens this manager doesn't have any interpersonal skills). 45 day return policy doesn't matter. Also they ask if you want to try on shoes and bring you 1 shoe to try on. I want both so I can walk around with them....doesn't that make sense?

These employees just stand around and avoid you when your trying to purchase something. Just makes you want to walk out !! Worst customer service

So I bought a pair of Tatum 1 from there I had the receipt the box and bag to take it back and exchange them for a different shoe or the one of same cost bc I played in this shoe 2-3 times and the plastic broke on it they basically said talk to Nike and you gotta through sending your shoe to Nike and going through all that they said to bring the shoe back for exchange they half to be able to sale it well I wouldn’t be bringing the shoe back if there was not something wrong with it when I had a similar issue with the luka 1 last year but I got them from hibbet sports they let me exchange the shoes and all so if your going to the Denton mall to get any type of shoes do not go to Jd sports go to hibbet they actually treat they’re customers the right way and the manager at JD sports is horrible. I’m in basketball season and really needed to exchange the shoes but I won’t never buy a thing from them again.

I went into the store with full intention on buying a pair of shoes. I saw what I wanted and asked to try them on. The guy stands around for a while then proceeds to have another employee do it for him. After he brings them out, I try them on and I can hear the employees whispering to eachother about how “she’s not gonna buy anything you are wasting your time”. For that very reason I decided I was not gonna buy anything from them. Customers can hear you, whether you think we can or not.

F A K E....shoes......Tried return and would not take back, I called nike and they confirmed that they are fake. Now they want me to send them to the fraud counterfit department. I have never seen air max bend in the front, after I wore them one day my feet hurt, and that's when I knew. I'm a life long nike air max user.

Terrible customer service! There were 3 people just standing behind the counter none came to check if we needed anything. So we ended up leaving and bought shoes somewhere else!

If I could give this store a 0 or in the negative range I would. Second time walking into this store and second time me or my husband walk out mad. First time we were the only people in the store I asked for some shoes, asked to see if they had black the young lady said yes and I asked for my size after waiting there for 20 minutes and not getting anything, I asked for an update then they show up with the shoes I asked for in the wrong color by this point I was frustrated and decided to leave. Second time: my husband said let’s try that place again (mind you this was only 2 days apart) I told him that’s fine let’s go but I will not be interacting with anyone in that store, you ask them for stuff. He asked for shoes and we waited about an hr for the shoes he asked for and then at the end they said they couldn’t find the other shoe since the display was the last pair. Long story short avoid this store at all cost, you will walk out upset and wondering what has happened to customer service. You have 6-8 employees walking around complaining about finding shoes and just hanging out. Do better JD you lost a loyal customer.
