The lady on the night shift last was rude as h$!!. It was 9:28 pm when I went there , she tell me they close aT 9:30 on Wednesdays . When she put me out the store and wouldn’t let me make a purchase they allowed a man to come in and make a purchase . So I went back in and she tell
Me there’s a Walmart down the street that they close I said you just let a man make a purchase. And she still refuse to let me come n shop. She was so rude . They are always rude at this location.

My sister accidentally bought a hair spray for synthetic hair. We went to Sonic and immediately went back to return it. The manager accused my sister of using the hair spray and then said "he doesn't play about returns because it's playing with his money". This is unprofessional and condescending. I understand your work at Family Dollar, that doesn't mean you should have .50 customer service. We'll be contacting corporate because you are a poor excuse for a manager.

The manager there is awful and ghetto. He does not know what he is doing. Has zero customer service experience, left me at the register to go do something instead of helping me the customer.

Cashier Paula was on phone behind counter talking loudly to whoever and cursing. Running from behind counter and back again. Unprofessional. My daughter in law told me dont shop there ... but I did. Dont know where the manager was. Spoke to another worker in the store, he said it goes on all the time and hes too far down the totem poll to do anything...said the managers are worse. He apologized for her behavior. Two customers left with the cursing and a mother left with her child. Its the Family Dollar on Mckinney in Denton

I never see anything for just a dollar, so perhaps they should change their name. I only saw one person working, and when I checked out, she talked about concerns of safety, getting robbed, and fear of walking home, so she drives. It's a shame society today allows others to rob people without fear of punishment. But here in Texas, we don't play with that, but stupid people still do stupid things.

im trying to get a job at this location as stocker! went in there for creamer and had to take the case cover off to get one because although it was in the refrigerator is was not unpacked and stocked on the shelf. found out later the store was closed way before closing time! i talked to a guy at job app who took my info but i am unable to connect to store directly. he tried to sell me on college stuff and i told him i have 2 degrees one in supply chain management and the other in marketing. he told me that was not enough! lol this was at the Family Dollar on McKinney near Murphy's Gas.
