I had a great experience! I broke down on I-35E outside Denton and Matt arrived within 30 minutes, was very helpful, and stayed with me at the mechanic until he was sure everything was taken care of. My distance to the mechanic was relatively short (about 10 minutes) but I thought the price was reasonable too. Give them a call!

I would highly recommend EJ towing. I had locked in my keys and he arrived within 30 minutes. Opened the car promptly. He also made sure we found our keys as they were lost in the trunk before leaving. Job well done

The 3 stars are for the Night Dispatcher, who was very polite and understanding. The driver I encountered on I35 northbound, however, was very aggressive and a hazard to the motoring public for absolutely no reason.

We’ve used EJ’s a few times now! The latest was on Saturday after my son was rear ended taking my trailer to our storage yard. They are always fast, friendly and affordable! William is the best! I’ve never met the owner personally but thru William he has been very kind and helpful! We won’t use or recommend anyone else!Service: Special vehicle towing

Ejs towing has damaged my car in the process of taking it. I have picture evidence of the car being damaged. They have pictures prior to towing that have no signs of anything hanging from the front. one of the drivers after hearing of the damage went and pushed up the piece trying to cover up what he has done. I have a witness and there are markings on the road and on my car that show evidence of scraping. Mike refuses to pay for it but says it is only a “two dollar part”. I paid 200 dollars to get my car back from it being towed from my parking spot in the apartment that I live and have a lease in. If nothing comes of this big surprise the tow company’s are vultures.Service: Car towing

This company towed my friend car from a normal parking spot in her actual apartments. 100% wrongly towed and they held her car ransom until she paid. And once the car was released the tow company tried to hide the damage they caused as well. Completely bad business and wouldn’t recommend.Service: Car towing

This company is so shady and scammy! They damage cars in the process of towing and refuse to take accountability. If they made the situation right, this wouldn't be a issue- but they refuse to pay for damages!l

Great Service. Called needing towing service at 10:30 pm and within 10 minutes Ruben was there to tow my truck. He did a great job loading and unloading my low profile truck, was extra careful during the process. Definitely recommend, great price, very professional and fast service.Service: Car towing

I called to book a tow at 9:30 pm and less than 10 minutes later they had a driver there. Skye was super nice, and quickly got my car secured to to towed off. They also had a flat rate for in town tow that was significantly cheaper than anyone else I called. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend!

Curtis, our tow truck driver, was outstanding. He was very informative and kept us entertained in a very stressful situation. He let us ride back with him so we didn’t have to Uber home. Excellent service. The world needs more Curtis’s.

I have only discussed having EJ'S do some work for us BUT I will say that the folks I have spoken to have been very professional and accommodating. I would not hesitate to do business with this company. Mostly what I get from tow companies is bad attitude; I have no explanation why since we are A.POTENTIAL customer. EJ'S is an exception. When we make a final decision, EJ's will be on the short list for sure. Why: A noticeable interest in their customers' best interest. I recommend EJ's.
