Brought in a necklace purchased elsewhere to have it engraved. There was some concern about whether or not it could be engraved without damaging the plating but Everett felt confident that it would work out nicely. He was right! Excellent price and service!!! Highly recommended!!

I just asked battery replacement, and they totally broke my watch..I just walked in and asked battery replacement. one of the staff originally told me its 25$, I said okay.it took almost 30min to just replacing battery which made me worried little.. after that the staff came out and she said she will just take 15$. turned out she broke the strap, the it seems the movement has damaged to. and while after I took this picture, I just found out that the back cover is keep falling apart.. when I asked about those, they just told me, we just replaced battery and said anything else. I am very shocked and frustrated right now.. still cannot believe what happened to my watch, I just wanted to replace a battery and..

My Fiancé just had a watch battery and band changed here. The staff are friendly, professional, and accomodating. We were in and out in 10 minutes! Fast, affordable, and excellent quality bands. Highly recommended!

My 23 year old wedding ring had had the prongs rebuilt many times and it was time for a whole new mounting. I wanted to keep the same look of my original ring. Ashley helped me find almost the exact same setting. I lived in Colorado at the time and she was great to send me pictures during the process to make sure it was what I wanted. My ring turned out beautiful! This is the only place I trust with my jewelry!
