Buying a car at Eckert Hyundai was such an easy experience and a very nice experience. Our sales person Tommy Barham was personal and very easy to talk with. Gabriel in financing made the paperwork simple. We were in and out within a few hours with our brand new Santa Fe. We would definitely shop here again for any new car needs.

This place is friendly, low pressure, and easy to deal with. I dislike car shopping and the pressure that comes with it so much that I typically put off going for as long as possible and send others in my place. I would absolutely return to deal with Thomas Barham again!

Chaz O’Connell was absolutely amazing and helpful! He didn’t try to force anything, and was very upfront about all of the pricing-unlike some dealerships that say one thing, then take you to finance and it’s something totally different! Would definitely buy here again!

While it is unusual for me to write a review about a car dealership, my experience with Jeremy Rosado at Eckert prompted me to write this review. In addition to being a thoroughly nice person to deal with, I found him to be honest, beyond helpful, and - most important of all - committed to excellent service post-sale. This last point is very difficult to determine before the transaction completes but I am delighted to say that Jeremy is the consummate professional, beyond helpful, and, for me, the deciding factor in deciding to complete the purchase of a new Santa Fe with Eckert. You won't be disappointed.

Went for oil change on 2023 palisade. Acceding to the windshield sticker oil change was due. Also oil change sign was on but the representative told me its not time. After waiting 10min to show up and took my car, he came back and said you are not due and wait til 20k miles. I m not sure if the information is correct.
