This location used to be fantastic when it 1st opened. It was always clean, stocked, and organized for such a huge store. But in the last 6 months it's gone way down hill. It always looks so picked over. The shelves are always dirty and bare. Same stuff left over with never anything new. Always employees standing around doing nothing then there's stacks of unopened boxes everywhere. Not to mention all the homeless always outside the doors. No thanks. I'll go to the other locations.

I was very surprised at how neat & organized how the store was but very disappointed at the cashier & service. His name was Special K so what it said on his name badge but believe me nothing special of his attitude, we got very upset cause he had to get change cause I had no smaller bills then when he came back told me the total in a rude tone & he seemed to be very frustrated.. my thing is if you can’t handle the pressure or like working with people I suggest get another job or get properly trained.. yes I understand that sometimes working retail can be overwhelming but no need to act like that towards your customers.. I would not suggest coming to this store if this is how workers will treat customers. Whoever the Manager is better train your people please

One of the best Dollar Trees in North Dallas. It's a Dollar Twenty-five Tree, so low reviews are not surprising but 1. Dollar Tree is better than Family Dollar or Dollar General. 2. Try the Dollar Tree stores in the Frisco area up and down El Dorado (423, DNT, Preston): they're depressing and this location is much much better.

Always bad. Most of the workers, male, have attitude issues. Manager smokes out front so me and my kids have to walk through it. Take the 2 minutes drive down the road and go to dollar tree

Mary makes it worth coming in the mornings. Very sweet and nice lady, all good vibes all around. I dislike afternoon. Just beware in the afternoon.

1 of the best DTs I've been to in a while. Store was decently stocked and clean. There was 1 employee (B/F) stocking toy shelves on personal call cussing but she wasnt loud. There was another lady (W/F) that was stocking candy and she was super friendly. Went out of her way to tell me theres another flavor in a candy i like. Wren at checkout was personable. overall this visit was good and quite different from the DTs in Frisco and Little Elm

Bathroom was really bad. Doesn't look like it ever gets clean. The store was a mess. Hard to find anything. Will not go back for awhile. People were nice.

Good place, very busy, friendly employees and a varying product selection of products. Not everything is $1, but everything is very reasonable.

I love it here!! This store has really upgraded and after I spoke with the manager Lindsey I understood that their team has been working hard. The store is huge, almost like a mall and they have just about everything and more than any other dollar tree I've been to! I needed help finding one of the things on my list and I guess anyone could tell I was feeling pretty lost, but one wonderful manager named Robin came over to me helped find exactly what I was looking!! Great service!!!! I highly recommend shopping here :)
