I visited this store and bought an aftershave. The young woman (Named :Every, or Avery) who helped me, as usual, was extremely attentive and effective, responsive and very pleasant, and I enjoyed my conversation with her while shopping. My experience with her in several occasions has been very positive, and I think the store should reward employees like her.

Went to Dillards in Denton today looking for a Father’s Day gift for my dad (cologne) and Marisol really helped me look for the right scent. I could not make up my mind but Marisol was very patient, kind, and knowledgeable. If you go to Dillards in the cologne department look for Marisol ?.

Beautiful store with helpful, friendly sales force but the bathrooms were badly in need of repairs! Holes in the wall, formica counters that were missing a few layers, come on, spend a little $$ and fix those bathrooms +

The people who work here are really nice but this is the scariest grossest store I have ever seen. The building looks like it hasn't been updated any in 30 years. The carpet is really nasty & there are scratches, chips, and moldy nasty spots where dust has collected. The selection of clothes is limited and overpriced. I feel bad that whoever owns it has put so little into upkeep in the space because the employees deserve to not have to work in a space this sad.

Carolyn help me find a pantsuit that I needed for my grandmother for my wedding and was able to call another store to find a different size for me!! She did a great job!!
