They don’t care who they are representing and if that person is actually right. They’ll do and say anything for a “win”. They’ll fight for custody even if the mother doesn’t deserve it. They play dirty and are horrific. Staci Whitman is a disgrace.

Listen, it's not all good or bad. Reviews may not mean much to some people, to many ppl dealing with these situations it will mean something. Please hear me out.Honestly I loved this shelter, it's a home vibe but with different personalities clashing under one roof. (Like any shelter) this shelter and the CIS, ADVOCATES and RESIDENTS here helped me grow. I stayed for 5 months almost 6.. I got EHV through the help of this shelter the day that we got exited. I will say, how this shelter exited my daughter and I was insane.... I was friends with everybody except for one woman and her two kids that bullied my child and I. I reported it every day and even others who worked here saw it EVERYONE saw it... The bullying went from shelter, to bus and then school. Nobody did anything until it was too late. I loved Elena but she made the wrong decision. She kicked me and my 6 year old out after all the terrible things a certain resident and their kids did to us. My main concern about the program is how they exited us stating that there was "too much drama" so we had to leave. Next time please make sure to factually explain it to the family you are exiting. I hope you all learn from this and never let someone go through what my daughter and I went through. Shout out to Ariana, Myrna, Will, Emily, Sierra, Emma, Rebecca, Marine, Adam, Justin, Grace( child counselor)and some of the residents who will not be named. My heart is full and very hurt . I wish you all the best. Thank you for this opportunity but you can't let this stuff slide anymore.

This is one of the nicer and cleaner resale stores in Denton. They have a good variety of clothing, household, children's items, shoes and jewelry. The pricing is fair and things they sell are in good condition. They also have dressing rooms so you can try on your items before you buy. They have a daily discount like one for seniors, one for first responders etc. They seem to run over their inventory frequently so you're not seeing the same old things every time you go. It's a fun place to shop around and see what you can find.

Excellent prices. Daily discounts for different groups of people. Small store but I always find something. Can not add photos because of the organization type. They help women in need.
