My suv was returned to me with scratches from when they marked the dents in the hood from hail damage. There are still dents in the vehicle that were never taken care off. They had it for TWO WEEKS and did more damage and had the work unfinished. Been calling them to speak with Paul and is never available. The lady that answers the phone is extremely rude and one time hang up on me. Will be reporting them to BBB.

Great and friendly place to have your dents repaired. Nick was very kind and professional. Will definitely be returning if ever caught in another hail storm. Not enough stars for this business.

They did great PDR work on my car I would ask for Hali she took great care of me and would always give me updates on my car and went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of the right way.

I won't go anywhere else for dent repair. Had hail damage and they picked up my car . brought me a rental. Walked me through the insurance process. I never had to leave my house

My experience with Dent one was great. They provided a rental car for me at no cost and made sure to keep in touch with the status of my car. They even fixed the front bumper from a previous wreck for free! My car looks great and no more hail damage. I recommend this company and ask for Nick he was great!

Ask for Nick Young. This guy took the absolute best care of me while getting my Challenger fixed after a big storm this spring. I lived near the repair shop, and he delivered me a rental car (on them) and drove my car back to the shop. He updated me throughout the process, I was never left wondering what the next step was. The Car btw, is beautiful once again. Everything met my expectations. Once again, Nick did an outstanding job, and I recommend Dent One Inc to anyone.

Great customer service, hassle free experience, very convenient. We did not have to do anything they took care of rentals (we got to pick what we wanted!) as well as delivery of our cars, we had multiple cars. Nick came to our house picked up and dropped off the vehicles. Nick provides excellent customer service and he was able to answer any questions or concerns we may have had very knowledgeable, over all great guy. We will definitely recommend Dent One Inc. to anyone needing anything repaired on their cars.

It was a hassle free experience. They took care of rental as well as delivery of my car. Nick provides excellent customer service. There was no need for me to even step into the shop since Nick came to my place to pick up and drop off the vehicle which makes the experience extremely convenient

The Dent One Team was professional, personally delivered our rent car and drove both of our damaged vehicles to their shop. Both of the cars look great and the vehicles were delivered back to our home on a Saturday!! First Class service!!!

My poor Silverado was covered in dents from this years hail storm. Devin approached me at a gas station and informed me on how I could get the repairs done for $0 out of my own pocket. The only thing I had to do was file my claim and he handled the rest from then on. My truck looks amazing and back to its new original self again. Thank you Devin!
