I made the mistake of signing the insurance check over before the final trim pieces came in which were supposedly on back order. I called and went by the shop many many times. He never returned my calls or texts. That was July 2022!!
Not to mention he charged my insurance for things that were never replaced!
Everything surrounding my experience with this shop leads me to believe he’s a dishonest person!

I had a great experience with Dent Connect. My truck looks awesome after the repairs! I felt the benefit of excellent customer service from Ladi from start to finish. She knew I had a very busy schedule, so she picked up my truck, made sure all the work was correct and returned it back to me. I couldn't have asked her to do anything more to make the process painless for me. I literally didn't have to do anything. My wife and I had a bad experience last time we used someone else, so we will never use any other shop from now on. We strongly recommend Dent Connect, and kudos again to Ladi! Thanks so much!

Dent Connect! What a great experience! I heard all the horror stories about hail damage repairs, so my expectations were quite low.
