I will say they did a great job! They got all the hail damage on my wife’s car taken care of and did it faster than they originally said. We gave it to them on Friday and had it back on Monday. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is because they said we would get a gift card and as of yet never received one. We have attempted to get Arryn to respond but to no avail. We just wanted to know if we would still get it. No big deal but don’t say something you can’t deliver. Other than that awesome service!Update 111/22/23: Lee called (own) and was very apologetic! He took care of the issue and we will definitely be recommending them to anyone who need hail dame repaired.

Nick Young and his team did a fantastic job in removing the dents on my vehicle which was impacted due to the recent hail storms. My car’s hood, sun roof, moon roof dents were taken off without any visible signs. Kudos to their work acumen as they ensured the service will be performed only once the Claim adjuster reviews the supplemental photos and take the vehicle post claim approval which minimizes the need for retaining the vehicle for longer duration.

Lee and his guys did hail repair on both of our vehicles and did a phenomenal job! He went to bat with insurance company on my husbands truck to make sure everything was new parts! He even met me at the car rental place so I could return my rental and get my car back after work hours! Super Customer service and our vehicles looked like brand new when we got them back! The best in Texas with excellent service ! I had no clue where to start with the hail damage on my new car. I saw Nick in his truck one day and he took time out of his busy schedule to explain the process and the rest is history ! Everyone that works for Dent Connect was so professional, patient, honest, and upfront every step of the way and I couldn’t be more grateful. I am amazed with their customer service and the work performed on my car, it looks brand spanking new again from bumper to bumper.
