My alternator died on me and I checked prices at the auto parts store and said nope to that. I removed my alternator and asked my wife to drop it off for me while I was at work. DC Starter calls me about the same time I got off work and I was able to ride my bicycle over to them and pick it up on my way home. For less then half the price of a rebuild alternator from NAPA i’m up and running again. Great service and good people at DC Starter. They even took the time to tell me what they replaced and why. I very much appreciate the service they provide.

Used polo a few times and always had great service. Dropped of a starter last year (5 months ago) called several times and am always told I will be called back. Never had a call back and last week he told me he has to try to find it. I just bought one online and will find a new shop for next time.

Good service, a long lasting and trustworthy business with fair prices. Would you rather buy a remanufactured starter or alternator from you don't know where. Usually over seas. Or have a professionally rebuilt product for the same price by a local and trustworthy business?

Called for a quote more than fair price. Had her go down today a day earlier then was expected. Tested charging system. Turned out to be the battery tested weak,and recommended a place that offers batteries at better prices. Thank you for your honesty
