They never have things filled. Things that should be filled same day or day after takes way longer. I'll call the automated line to verify they are ready, but when I get here it's not filled. This is my last straw, switching pharmacies now even though this one is most convenient location wise

Sat in line for 20 minutes behind one car and then when it's finally my turn they close for lunch . Like I don't work and my family doesn't NEED their medicine!

I was blessed to have pharmacist and team assist me yesterday. I was struck with a Sudden UTI I was in alot of pain and pressure. Without knowing the time I told the pharmacist if these can be filled soon I can just stay for them. He was nice and said we are going to be closing for lunch soon, but I'll see what I can do. After pulling up my medications listed he said yes ma'am I will have this ready in 15 minutes. I was just sitting in the corner maybe 10 minutes. No one was in line. Amy calls for me to come over so she can check on the medications I'm waiting for. I just received a message from CVS texting one of the medication isn't approved through my insurance. I call my sister did I need that medication or what's an alternative. She said it was most important right now to help pain and pressure. Out of pocket cost was almost 40.00 for 15 pills Amy saw the notification that insurance wasn't picking up. I told her I understood but I need the medication. She got on her phone found good Rx and was able to save me almost 30.00. The pain and pressure just had me existing till I could get home. This team save me time, money, and suffering. Angels behind the scenes need recognition. I've been coming here for over 15 years. My 1st review.

If I could leave a negative review, I would. This pharmacy is hands down the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had medication filled at. The pharmacist is an absolute trash excuse of a human. She speaks to people with disrespect and acts like she’s above everyone. I very rarely get a full prescription filled because they never have anything in stock. The prescriptions take an hour+ to be filled every single time. I’m asked to come back in an hour after already waiting a day for something urgent to be filled. Get it together cvs. Somebody with a poor attitude and the maturity of a 15 year old should not be processing medication for sick, or elderly patients. I will be steering all friends and family away from this pharmacy until there is a notable change made. This review will be left other places as well as on Facebook, instagram, and twitter.

Doesn’t care about the customer at all. Very poor customer service. Try to call the pharmacy and speak to someone. Good luck.

Went to pick up my refills and the cashier asked the pharmacist to come over but he was on the phone. Once he got off he came over to her and griped her out in front of everyone, telling her what else she could do while waiting. A good manager would have pulled her to the side and privately told her. I felt horrible for her. Not the way to handle your employees.
